03-06-2025Solid bracket. Relatively easy to install. Holds heavy bag well weeks after mounting and moderate use. Hardware that came with it appears to be of high quality. Would purchase again.

> 3 dayI didnt get a chance to use this product and dont think that it deserves a 1 star in terms of its quality. However, I am giving it a 1 star because its difficult to install and they didnt include any tool for doing it. It was extremely difficult to install in terms of screwing the screws because there is just no room for maneuvering because of the wall on both sides of the mount. And this is not from me not having the right tools, its just bad design. You can find other mounts that are easy to install.

> 3 dayWe engineered a truss due to our sheetrock situation, but this would have fastened right in to a piece of wood, very nice product, all you need to hang a bag (and a spring, of course).
