> 3 dayBoth screw heads snapped off with a simple socket wrench.. Ill update if the replacement is any different. Update: Received my replacement in the mail and installed without any issues. Leaving the old pictures for those who run into the same issue. Added two new ones of the second mount

> 3 daySuper easy to install on my garage ceiling. Put lag bolts into cross beams thru drywall and it’s super sturdy. Definitely recommend this product.

> 3 dayGiving it a 2 star. Because #1 the picture shows a locking carabiner, #2 that same locking carabiner is showed in the video that amazon displays. When the box came its just a cheap carabiner that does NOT open or close because its seized up. Its also not a locking carabiner. If the customer support takes care of anything in this review I will update

> 3 dayOne of the best priced quality heavy bag hanger on amazon market. Very durable and sturdy when attached to a beam or bracing with screws and washers that are provided. I purchased two hangers for my 40lb and 80lb heavy bags. I would definitely recommend. As always more so common since make sure you are attaching this hanger to a supporting beam or brace. The is will prevent possible damage and or injury to self.

> 3 dayThe bracket is sturdy and fits easily into a 2X4 (or wider) wooden beam. It is made of strong stainless steel and the swivel portion of this bracket has nylon bushings, which makes the circular movement silent and easy. This allows for a top quality punching workout.

> 3 dayUsed this to hang an 80lb punching bag. Very thick and quality feeling hardware. It has been used for over 3 months now and I dont feel like I have to worry about it. Was drilled onto the edge of a small 2x6. The 2x6 was perpendicular with the balcony crossmembers. Highly recommend!
