I think my punching bag is going to be hanging from that bracket, long after Im gone, which hopefully is not any time soon. Definitely love how sturdy it is, and I had no issues installing it. Its only been a few weeks so I cant speak of its durability.

Solid and sturdy. The house does not shake anymore

The material has been flaking off since I started using it. It seems sturdy, and is able to support my bag, but I only use it for about 10 minutes a day twice a week ,and there is material flaking everywhere.

Does exactly what I needed. Grandsons are out in the garage getting some good exercise.
