> 3 dayHoly smokes! Just replaced my 25 year old Bose 4.2 bookshelf speakers, which are still thumping BTW. Very impressed at the bass and sound stage. At the time of writing this review Ive put about 10 hours on them, just got them yesterday. CDs sound great, movies sound great.

> 3 dayUnexpected amount of bass from this 5.25” speaker. Front port allows for placement on my desk near a wall. Detailed sound with amazing soundstage. I am using the speakers with an Aiyima A07 class D mini amp with the TPA3255 chip along with a Douk Audio P1 tube buffer preamp. Each speaker is quite substantial and weighs 13lb...

> 3 dayThey just keep getting better daily, give them time and be patient. They are in their break in location, so not separated in distance, but from a distance in their location the sound flows throughout the room. I put new tubes in the preamp at the same time, so they both have warmed up and grown together for amazing sound quality. I also purchased their Dual 4” center speaker (CS41) in pairs for front and rear’s in a surround system. Very nice and on sale now for $51.59 each, a steal at this price point.

Greater than one weekI bought these as rear surrounds for a 5.1 home theater. For the money, they have incredible sound. You will need a good amplifier to make the most use of them, but its worth it. They are fantastic for streaming digital music too.

> 3 dayExtremely happy with these speakers. Spent a lot of time researching and almost pulled the trigger on KEF/Klipsch because I had the budget and thought the aesthetics were better. The ELACs look a lot better in the flesh than in marketing/catalogue images and I like the old school look. Living in an apartment the front porting is important and I have these flush against the wall. Paired them with a new Yamaha WXA-50 and this combination is working very nicely for me. Had planned on a small subwoofer but am so far enjoying these organically. If I had a sub I would cross it pretty low and let the ELACs do most of the heavy lifting. Glad I went for the 5.2 and not the 6.2 as the sound rocks without the need for more space. Spent a few dollars on custom Oakwood stands. Sound is awesome, bass is solid and I would happily recommend these little beauties. Put the money you saved to better use.

> 3 dayI have a tiny Fosi amplifier T20 which rated as 100w class D connected to the speaker. Mid and Hi end seems okay but not great, the bass is not enough. I assumed music always need good bass to sound great. I was buying a Emotiva amplifier in the mean time , some how I decided to return it before the amplifier arrived, because I believe it still needs a sub- woofer to boost the low end.
