> 3 dayNice plug and works as described and integrated into my SmartThings smart hub flawlessly. However this is just a basic outlet with smart hub power on and off control. I would prefer to buy a Samsung Smart plug for a slight lower price which also gives a power readout. Product looks well built and durable but I am disappointed in the lack of features.

> 3 dayBought as an item in Very Good condition, stating that only cosmetic imperfections were present. Received the item with no cosmetic imperfections, yet missing the plate cover, instructions/manual, and the wire nuts were too small. Furthermore, I received the wrong model number - I received model #12721, not 14288. I needed the Z-Wave Plus feature. The one I received is the older Z-Wave feature. So, this item acts as a Z-Wave repeater/extender. Seems to have fixed my signal issue to my furthest device away. But for some reason, it wont repeat a signal from a device 3 times as close... probably due to having the wrong model number.

> 3 dayUsed a pair of these in a dozen device network controlled by my alarm system. They are mounted in an appropriate waterproof duplex box with clear cover. Both always on outlets work. The Z-wave outlets connected promptly and easily to my controller and have worked flawlessly.

> 3 dayThe relay fails after 12 to 18 months resulting in a constant loud clicking and power being momentarily turned on/off to anything plugged in. It is bad enough that it fails, but there is a constant loud clicking noise unless you turn the power off to the circuit. I purchased two and this is the second one to fail. It is unfortunate as I was happy with these until they prematurely failed. It is ridiculous that when they do fail it results in a load clicking noise until you can replace it or cut the power to the circuit. This is so irritating; a recall should be issued by the manufacturer.

> 3 dayIf you want to have to buy them all again in 26 months and have to go through the hassle of replacing them, these are the outlets for you. Otherwise stay clear. I have 15 of these and they are ALL dead. None lasted more than 29 months. Total garbage. Trying the Leviton brand ones now.

> 3 dayUpdate: Contacted Wink Support - to get this to work with your Wink hub, you have to go into your Hub in the app, Hit the gear for settings, tap your hub, click on Z-Wave, then click on Inclusion Mode. Wait for your hub to blink blue, then click once on the button on the outlet, and your hub light should go green. THEN it is connected in your Wink Hub. Why this is so hard/buried is beyond me. Giving 4 stars because that is a ridiculous way to have to add it, when dozens of other outlet/switches/lights are supported on a much less frustrating way. Original Post (was 1 star): Does NOT work with Wink Hub 2 despite claiming that on the box and on this product page. My Wink Hub 2 is fully up to date, I even chose to scan the barcode to try and add it to my hub that way but I got an error saying it is not supported. If you have a Wink Hub do NOT get this. Now I have to take it back out and return it and try and find another one that does work with Wink.
