> 24 hourdecent device, and overall system met my expectations. heres two lessons learned, hopefully of use to someone. it turned out my alarm company already provided remote management function (baked into the backup cellphone backup). not as extensive as what eyes-on has but plenty good enough for what i was looking for. of course i only found out about it after i bought eyez-on. you might want to avoid my mistake and check with your company first. also, this thing pulls a fair amount of power. i failed to consider that, and had i decided to keep eyez-on on, id have had to upgrade power. not a big deal, just something to keep in mind. overall im happy with the device even if i ended up not using it.

> 24 hourIts easy to look at the alarm board and see where and how the EV fits, but when actually putting screwdriver to electronics, its best to take a moment. The hardest part of the installation is actually getting the wiring on the screw posts. The posts are crowded. After connecting the network cable and following the instructions from Envisalink, everything worked as promised. My system is V20 and I use the android app. The app is limited, but does what is promised. Will use another hub and a RPi for additional security extensions.

> 24 hourThe envisalink stopped working and randomly pressed buttons via the keypad bus, repeatedly calling the fire department with medical emergency and police emergency etc. Bad and embarassing.

> 24 hourThe hardware install is pretty easy if you are some-what comfortable with wiring, you just need 4 thin wires, i used hvac thermostat wire and cut out the extra wires. you need to run an ethernet cable from the unit to your router or switch though, keep that in mind, there is no wi-fi functionality in the module. The interface is not great. On the pc its passable but there is no app for smart devices, you generate a link and email it so you can open up a website on your smart device. The website interface is less good than the computer interface.

> 24 hourThis card works great. I followed the instructions and watched some videos by YouTubers and everything worked perfectly. The Eyez On app also allowed complete control of the system and Alarms to my phone. Overall much easier than I expected. I used a wireless extender to go from the ethernet port to my wireless network. One item user should consider is a UPS battery backup dedicated to the wireless extender and another one for your modem/router. Otherwise a power loss results in no alarm functionality.

> 24 hourThe product works well. However the app needs some work as it is not that intuitive in presentation.
