Greater than one weekGreat product. Just hooked it up to our old DSC system and now we can monitor and arm/disarm on the go. Easy setup, great web-based SW, wish I had found this earlier.

> 3 dayPros: easy setup Nice online interface Cons: Very limited local interface Cost/Benefit is disproportional. Advance Device configuration is limited. You Need To Be Subscribed To EnvisAlerts Plus to use this feature ($5/month). This is a $20 board (comparable with Arduino). If we are charged 6 times its value, why charging extra for full access. Is not board features what the manufacturer limits, but access to simple alarm system configuration like changing pins (they call it plus features). This wasnt clarified on the website. The site indicates that you can have alarm monitoring for a monthly fee. Im returning it.

> 3 dayI was burglarized years ago and it woke me up to reality. Good security requires thought and planning. Our 9-year-old Honeywell system has well placed sensors and switches and is very reliable, but a siren means nothing if no one hears it, so I got an automated dialer that meant nothing if I was unable to answer my cell phone. Enter the Dual-Path EVL-4 with IP and cellular reporting to a full-time security service. It attempts to inform me first, then quickly calls the local police or fire department if I dont answer. It recognizes which security sensor or smoke sensor was activated. This isnt as secure as being at home but its the next best thing. I like being able to monitor our home while away.

> 3 dayThe unit installed fairly easy and connected with the our Honeywell VISTA-20P Ademco. alarm however it would never send alerts when the alarm was triggered. The only thing it would do is remotely arm and disarm. Additionally it would require a physical reboot every few days. I contacted support multiple times and they said it should be compatible and they told me we may need to upgrade the firmware and they would have a senior tech contact us. I sent multiple emails and still no response. It’s been over a month. I wanted this to work so badly we purchased a new ademco 20 p alarm and it still had the same issues. we also purchased a second unit thinking the first one was defective .

> 3 dayWithout paying $5/month the iphone app is very crippled. You basically need to carry the full programming instruction manual with and type in long sequences to do much with the app unless you pay up. Something as simple as setting it to stay armed (when the system requires a code) doesnt seem to be doable without remembering a star code. I certainly understand an extra charge for central monitoring, but not for basic app features many of which dont seem to need any type of additional cloud server assistance. We bought the device, now let us use it. Thank you.

> 3 dayThe product was working fine for about a month then randomly shorted out and now I get no power to the unit.
