#1, no instructions come with it. I had to watch numerous YouTube videos to figure this out. The instructions they do give on Amazon are tiny little diagrams that make no sense. #2 after I got it all hooked up, nothing worked: not the touch screen or the home button. And believe me, I tried every combo I could plugging and re-plugging the connectors. So, now I am out an iPad and this $30 fix didnt work. Pretty bummed.

There’s no installation instructions so went on you tube for instructions after installing screen the middle of the touch screen doesn’t work don’t know what’s wrong took it apart twice still have the same problem

Very easy to install. Everything works. I sliced through my original apple home button By accident so I used the replacement that came with this set. It only works as a home button now, no fingerprint iD. Which is fine, it’s my 4 year olds iPad anyway. However, the center of the screen there’s a small area that wont detect your touch.

It is not easy to install but it made my grandson’s ipad look brandnew

It came in box no tools digitizer was for an iPad 2 generation would not fit buyers beware I didn’t read the reviews because it was amazons choice wish I would have now

Touch screen is not working 100% You have to be patient using it. It take a few minutes to press each number or letter.
