> 24 hourCurrently I have three of these running to shut off some strip outlets full of those not needed while gone electronics. Works great to shut down the whole set of adapters and power use both as needed with the button on the plug, using my phone, Alexa or on a programmed schedule. Definitely handy in lowering my electric usage.

> 24 hourThis version isnt compatible with the quick setup through Google Home no matter what it says. You have to download the Cync app, setup and account, and add it to Google home through the third party integration. After that it works fine. On the older version the quick setup did work perfectly.

> 24 hourI was doing some smart plug shopping looking for the right one for me and I think this nailed it. I am not experience in the smart plug market, but I know I am super satisfied with this purchase because it is a very cheap option and it responds extremely fast with Alexa. This does not offer any power usage data, which I am disappointed about but I am still very satisfied with what it does with the price point. The top things I love about it is that it dose not require the GE app to set up, the Alexa app recognized it, almost immediately after plugging it in, which was very easy to set up and the smart plugs response almost immediately to Alexa, which I like. I don’t really think you can go wrong with this price point.

> 24 hourI needed a smart plug that would work when there was no Internet. I needed a plug that would allow me to power-cycle some Internet gear (such as a modem or a switch) located in a crawlspace. Very likely, the reason I would need to power-cycle some Internet gear would be because that very gear was not working, i.e., no WiFi and no way to control your typical WiFi-only smart plug. Doh. So, this Cync plug automatically switches over to Bluetooth when there is no Internet connection. You dont have to do anything. I can easily switch the plug off and on via Bluetooth using the Cync app on my phone.

> 24 hourThis is one of the only 5g smart plugs I could find, and I am pleased to say that it works! It sometimes has some trouble with Alexa, but 90% of the time it works great. Even if it is having problems with Alexa, it always works through the app.

> 24 hourI was very skeptical because I had just had a very frustrating experience with the Kasa Smart plugs and their app. I was pleasantly surprised. The Cync app was easy to use and my Christmas lights were plugged in ,synced and scheduled for use in only 10 minutes. I would recommend.

> 24 hourI have two of these smart plugs and a smart switch The app is incredibly difficult to use and therefore the smart plugs and smart switch are difficult to set up. furthermore these smart devices spontaneously drop their connection to my local network requiring me to laboriously set them up again. After hours of frustration, I reinstalled mechanical timers.

> 24 hourNot quite as easy to install as the Amazon branded plug, but pretty darn easily with the GE app. Only a few extra steps. If you are looking for a more economical plug that is relatively easy to connect to Alexa, this is a good one. Using the advice of Amazon technical support, always get a plug made by the same company as the app as opposed to needing a third-party app.

> 24 hourAfter returning cheaper plugs that we couldnt connect, we opted for this one (we already have a Cync dimmer). Once we could get it to go into discover mode (had to call support cause u have to hold the button for 15 secs which isnt stated anywhere in the instructions), it worked great and easily paired with Alexa and Google.
