Very easy to program & it works great

At last an opener I dont have to fight with every time I pulled up to the garage! I dont know why the original opener didnt work well but I finally decided I wanted an opener that worked every time, no more getting out of the car in the rain to hold the opener up to the garage window. Im very happy with the new Genie opener.

This is the answer! We first ordered a universal because it was a few bucks cheaper but boy did we spend more unnecessary time trying to pair it with our garage door. Gave up and sent it back and got this one and in SECONDS it was paired and working. It’s true when they say “you get what you pay for”. Don’t waste your time on universal ones. Save your time and gas from having to take the return back.

my last door opener receiver stopped working so I replaced it. Before I had to be right at the door for it to work. This one lets me be 200+ feet away. It is taking so time to adjust to the feel of the button but thats not an issue.

Bought two of these and wish I hadnt Oh, theyre made by Genie for the Intellicode garage door opener but in my opinion the buttons are much too sensitive to carry it in your pocket as a key fob and thats what I was after. I was opening and closing garage doors whenever I bent over or twisted. They are extremely well made though, work perfectly, program easily and can operate three different Genie doors. Plus they came with a metal clip you could use on the visor of your vehicle. Just too large for me compared to the smaller Linear. The large button on the 3 button Linear made for the Intellicode is sensitive as well but it has too smaller buttons that dont tend to activate every time you move. Plus the Linear is smaller than the Genie.

This remote works perfectly. It was easy to program, even to my older garage door opener that uses the old signal type. The remote is small, so it doesnt get in the way on your car visor. I found that the range is not spectacular, coming home Im able to hit open once I reach my neighbors house, but the door is open by the time Im ready to pull in, so it works just fine. Just not that long of a range so you can close your door from the end of the block when you pull away and forget to close.

Nice improvement over the older version. I do not have to be so close to the door to operate any longer.

My old remote radio signal was decreasing steadily. I had to get quite close to the operator and hold button for several seconds before operator would respond. This new remote is awesome! I can now open/close door from a greater distance than I have been able to in years. I should have replaced it sooner.
