> 3 dayI first bought this remote a few years back and it worked great and my boyfriend had no problems getting it set up. It was stolen out of my car, so I bought it again!! Works just a well as the first time!

> 3 dayBought these to replace my original door openers that were 18 years old and becoming problematic. I had a GenieH4000A purchased in 2003. These remotes were so easy to install and were both installed within 30 minutes, start to finish. Would have taken less time if our reset button was on outside of door opener case, but we had to remove the cover plates on both doors first. Love these openers. Hopefully these openers continue to work well once we start using them on a daily basis. They are on the small side, will fit great in a purse, if necessary A big plus is now I have a remote that will work on either of my two garage doors rather than my husband and I both having to carry two larger door openers in our cars to have access to each garage door.

> 3 dayIt has just as good of range as my original opener that game with the door when I had it installed in 2015. Range works from my mailbox at end of driveway so I am good with that. Took 1 minute to program with instructions that came in package.

> 3 dayThis remote programmed EASILY with my 15 year old Genie garage door opener. Its signal is not as strong as my regular remote, meaning I have to be closer to the door to open it than before...BUT, the benefit of having the remote on my keychain and not on my visor (begging to be stolen) FAR outweighs the slight inconvenience of the weaker signal. I highly recommend this product. If you keep your garage remote in your vehicle along with your registration, insurance card, or anything else showing your address, you may as well leave a house key in there for potential burglars. Get a mini remote and keep it on your keychain.

> 3 daySo I bought this for a cm8600ic/a model door opener. I read both manuals for the opener and remote with no success for about an hour... I felt like Zoolander trying to get the files out of the computer... easy way to do this for intellicode that I did not see in either manual...... once you hit the learn button.... you press the button on your new remote 4-5 times.... an hour reading their own manuals didnt do a damn thing and somehow i ended up youtubeing it.... SMH..... if you have an itellicode 1 remote, try this... also make sure your remote is set to intellicode 1... Press a button on your remote and if it is red, it is intellicode one and if its green its intellicode 2... the manual for the remote shows you how to switch from 1 or two... hope that helps someone because I was ready to kick a hole in my wall since this was the second remote i bought

> 3 dayI bought the G3T-R to replace one of the original 1st-generation 3-button Intellicode remotes that came with my Genie Garage Door Opener. This new remote was easy to program and has performed perfectly over the past couple of months. My only critical comment is that I have to press the button a bit more firmly to activate the door than I had to with the original, but that’s a minor issue.

> 3 dayNice remote - programming was straight-forward and quality is good. I use it for 3 doors. If you dont see like an Owl or if you are a man with average or larger fingers - there is an issue. The buttons are very small and even if ambient lighting or dome light is turned on - pushing the correct button is a definite challenge - results in operating the adjacent door at least 25% or more of the time. I pushed another Genie Remote on this site a month earlier - that is not quite as sexy in shape - is slightly larger - but TRUST ME - hindsight says that the increased range and ease to operate the correct button spares the user the issue similar to trying to edit text on a smart phone type of focused accuracy. This product has good quality, easy programming and acceptable range from door. For 1 or 2 doors it is a great purchase - you may program the 1st and 3rd buttons and skip the middle. If you need to assign all 3 buttons - men basically forget it and women (potentially smaller fingers( will absolutely be frustrated with the level of accuracy and attention to use it. This is definitely not a blind lift your thumb to visor type rig - it is a stop - concentrate and hope for the best if you use all 3 buttons.
