> 24 hourI work long 12 hour shifts and I’m quite literally on my feet for nearly all of it besides my 30 minute “lunch” breaks and other short breaks so I’ve succumbed to having really bad arches and plantar fasciitis. I’ve tried absolutely everything I could think of to get rid of the pain. Patches, icing, stretches everyday, plantar socks, etc. and although they do help somewhat, I was still lacking the support I needed as the patches would slip and slide everywhere. I came across a TikTok of an athletic trainer taping up someone’s feet for plantar fasciitis and thought I would give it a go. Saw this as Amazon’s choice and decided to try it out. Well after 12 hour shifts on my feet all day, it held up pretty well and provided a ton of support for my plantar fasciitis and arches of my feet. It didn’t give me any sort of allergic reaction (surprising because I have sensitive skin) and was really durable. I taped up my feet along with some patches and plantar socks and it really helped out. Overall, 10/10 if you need extra support for your feet! Update: Since this review, after regular use of this for 2 ish weeks, I’ve developed an allergic reaction to the tape. It’s really unfortunate because it did help with my arches. Definitely wish it worked for me but due to the allergic reaction, I will have to give this 3 stars.

> 24 hourAfter using eucalyptus-infused blue tape, I decided to use something different, and this one popped up. Good things: * I love that I can rip it with my hand half-asleep in the morning, no scissors needed. Be careful not to fray though (more later) * Very easy to remove, no sticky residue, doesnt pull your skin * Easy to put on, conforms to the palm contours very well * Just one layer is good enough for me, your mileage may vary Now the more questionable parts that you can address: * if frayed when you put it on, it may bother you at the edges as on your inside hand rubs on the handle. So, be careful. It is easy to do it right, just pay attention. * A drawback may show up when it gets wet with the lake water splash as you row. I noticed that the outside hand remains in good condition while the inside hand starts losing its adhesion due to rotation. It irritated me first time I used it (incorrectly, I figured out later). I think there is remedy by cutting it longer and wrapping the tape all around the hand instead of just putting it on the palm, though I havent yet tried (next week).

> 24 hourThe tape is easy to tear. But it does not stick to my skin very well. That’s my skin. Someone else may not have the same problem.

> 24 hourMakes pull-ups a lot easier. I normally use them when I get puffy blisters or something of that sort. It’s going to happen if you do it enough But eventually goes over and don’t get them anymore. Good grip and reliable.

> 24 hourI bought this tape to support my wrists when lifting heavy and it does just that. I shaved the hair on my wrists though because it was super adhesive and would literally wax all my hairs off and it hurt lol. After shaving the hair off, the tape didn’t hurt to rip off as much. I also like how easy it was to rip the tape, no need for scissors because it rips easily when you’re trying to rip it, otherwise it’s very stable and doesn’t come off when in use. Honestly, as a athlete I’ve used lots of tapes and this one has been the best, even better the Mueller brand my college used

> 24 hourI use KT tape for my knees due to having Osteoarthritis. I get rashes on occasion from the glue. So I wanted to find an alternative. I bought this in hopes it would have the same stretch and adherence. Unfortunately it does not. I put the strips on, which are thinner than the normal Kt tape, and they came off within hours. This tape is like a medical bandage tape. It may work for that but for someone looking for strength and stability it won’t work. There was no water to help them come off, they are not stretchy. I’m disappointed

> 24 hourIf youre thinking about using this for climbing dont bother. It sticks to the finger fine initially but has far less grip to it than Leukotape or Johnson & Johnson sport tape. If youre taping because your skin is beat then you want all the friction you can get and this simply doesnt provide it.
