Greater than one weekI strongly urge no one to purchase this product after 45 days after purchase there was a technical issue with the computer and no warranty so I had to pay HP over 45$ to fix something that was not my fault.Sad for Amazon to allow this to happen.

> 3 dayWithin a few hours of setting up the laptop, the entire screen randomly turned black with pink and white stripes everywhere. The screen would not return to normal until I restarted the laptop. This happened multiple times, so I ended up returning it.

07-06-2025This laptop is very light. They don’t use the Ultrabook label much as a distinct category anymore, but this laptop fits. It is super light with a great sharp matte screen. The bezel is also much smaller than on most their laptops, so the screen really is emphasized. The laptop has a very sharp silver body. The keyboard is the same silver color and has a built-in number pad. The trackpad is Apple-like. It has no buttons, but the left side is the left click, and the right side is the right click. The trackpad is in the “natural” scrolling setting, so when the setup is done you may want to switch it if you don’t like natural scrolling on a computer.

> 3 dayThis is an outstanding laptop! The touch screen is a great feature and the clarity of the screen is sharp and clear!! Super lightweight and great battery life. Couldnt be happier. After buying one and working with it & liking it so much, I bought a second one as a gift for my daughter, whos in college. You wont be disappointed with this laptop.

Greater than one weekI have to admit I got this over a year ago actually one year and 45 days. Was doing perfect had no issues and I was extremely happy with the product. The only issue after one year warranty ran out 45 days later the complete system crashed and cannot be fixed. By no one!. If I wanted to go ahead and get it fixed per the HP customer support technology they would have to replace the hard drive and everything else which would cost more than what the actual computer cost me. So let me just say this if you want to computer spend that kind of money for one year only this is the perfect computer you get if you want anything after a year and get another brand get another computer this is ridiculous. One year 45 days exactly
