Amazon and HP are being quite difficult and blaming this issue on a 3rd party rather than fixing it or exchanging it for me. Brand new product and theyre washing their hands of it. Do not buy!!

I have to admit I got this over a year ago actually one year and 45 days. Was doing perfect had no issues and I was extremely happy with the product. The only issue after one year warranty ran out 45 days later the complete system crashed and cannot be fixed. By no one!. If I wanted to go ahead and get it fixed per the HP customer support technology they would have to replace the hard drive and everything else which would cost more than what the actual computer cost me. So let me just say this if you want to computer spend that kind of money for one year only this is the perfect computer you get if you want anything after a year and get another brand get another computer this is ridiculous. One year 45 days exactly

I bout this laptop in Sept in 2020 to work from home and the Intel wifi adapter failed in December 2020. Now HP is s telling me I can pay $80 bucks to get a 3 year extended warranty on both software band hardware. Why the hell would I want to invest more than the the $700 investment I already made during the pandemic. Idk what to do at this point. I cant sell it, I cant get a refund, and Im not giving these crooks another dime. Dont buy it.

Folks, I have spent HOURS doing tech support with HP, Ive had to buy an ethernet cable adaptor & a flash drive, & still dont have working wifi. In fact, when I first reached out to HP, they informed me that because of how complicated my issue was, basic tech support wasnt going to be able to help - I would have to pay for tech support in spite of having just gotten this laptop. After all this, theyve now told me I have to send the laptop in for repairs, paying for all shipping & repair work. Again - on a laptop that NEVER worked, and that Ive owned less than a month. Ive invested far too much money and time into a laptop that should have worked out of the box. Steer clear.

We needed a laptop for our son to do distance learning on during this time. It does a great job for what we bought it for. My son has no issues at all using it for his school work.

Works great, very quick. But keyboard is unlit which is not prefered but OK. The problem is it is silver with seemingly dark silver letters that are barely readable in good lighting and almost impossible otherwise. Also the fan exhaust is at the bottom of the screen and the noise is directed right at you.

I purchased the computer for music reasons. I’m able to run multiple programs at once such as FL Studio and Pro Tools without any lagging.

Full HD screen with sharp colors! Easy to uprated to large RAM and SSDs

Performs well. Love it.
