> 3 dayI bought this laptop to be solely used as a WFH machine and so far it has not disappointed. Price was a major consideration in my purchase and at $575 I believe you get a lot of value for the buck. This machine is a work horse and the performance is very fast and stable. The keyboard and trackpad are surprisingly decent to use (keyboard not backlit). If speakers are a consideration in your purchase the speakers on this laptop are actually pretty good and the volume is quite loud without getting tinny. Ive read some complaints on the noise of the fan but honestly I think the noise is very low and it runs constantly while Im working and it hasnt bothered me at all. I usually have the laptop plugged in during work so I dont know how long the battery lasts during heavy use. However, the battery seems to drain 10-15% every night while in sleep mode which seems excessive. The only knock I have against the laptop is the display color is not as vibrant as I would like. Its a bit washed out. Its perfectly fine for use with all of my work apps but would be annoying if I was doing a lot of video streaming. Overall, this is a great machine and checks all the boxes I needed for a reliable laptop for work.

> 3 dayThis laptop is for my personal use. After having it for only 6-7 months, and using it a little each day, i am no longer able to access my wi-fi connections. I keep getting the message that I have a hardware problem with my wifi adapter. A brand new laptop should not be experiencing these type of problems with in just a few months. HP support is trying to say it is a software issue and the warranty for that ended 12/20 but my laptop is still under warranty until September 2021. Very frustrating to deal with HP on this. I was forwarded 4 times and all I could get were people that wanted to sell me different service plans.

> 3 dayKeyboard feels really cheap and quite a bit of bloatware to uninstall. Otherwise ok.

> 3 dayI returned this laptop. It felt really cheap. Some of the keys were nearly popping off and with a few months the screen would flash on and off when I opened it. Too bad. My old HP is 10 years old and still good. Disappointed in you HP.

> 3 dayIve had this laptop for a little over a month now as I finally broke down and bought something to have in tandem with my work issued laptop as we work from home. Im not putting it under hardcore use - just having something where I can have another screen to pull up online documents - and havent had any issues with performance speed, nor boot up time. Its fast. No issues with battery life. It seems to be a fine computer - except for one (in my view) rather annoying feature - the CPU fan.

> 3 dayLaptop is for personal use only. No instructions or manual came with the computer. Finding very difficult to set up with apps and files on my other computer. Have been an HP user for awhile (desktop pc w Win 10 & printer) and really like the products. This is my 1st laptop. Very frustrating. Dont know why I have to spend $579 on a laptop and then have to pay $300 + to have help setting up.
