The monitor is what advertised, i feel great as i was looking for a work/gaming monitor. This is flat and frameless. Arrived in very well condition. I will update later base on performance and liability.

It arrived on time in good working order. Setup was very easy. This monitor is fairly lightweight. I came with 3 different cables: VGA, HDMI and DisplayPort (and also a 3.5mm stereo audio cable) so it should work with any computer made in the last 20 years. The image is sharp, clear, colors are very good. The menu buttons on the lower bottom of the bezel are pretty small, so it takes a bit of practice to adjust the settings. No software CD or download link for drivers was supplied. Windows 10 found it immediately and the monitor was set to the correct resolution automatically. There are hints that this monitor supports audio over HDMI, but that is not apparently a feature for use with computers, perhaps it works as a regular TV when connected to a streaming device or cable/satellite box, I dont know. It has worked flawlessly for about a month, so Im confident it is going to last a long time.

I bought this monitor because my older HP monitor was not able to match my new laptop screen colors, etc. After some adjustments, this one got close enough for me to trust it with publishing images online. On day two I woke up my system from sleep mode and the screen was about 50% darker all over with the exception of a normal brightness circle just right and lower of the center. I ran a number of tests for computers, ports, cables, etc., and I was able to get it to repeat the issue more than once. It only happened waking from sleep mode. Turn the monitor offon, or reboot, and it was ok. But not worth paying for. I submitted a return request wanting to get a replacement, but amazon would not allow that. One of a few return rules is that you cannot do an exchange for the same item. So I took a refund. When I tried to purchase it again, the price had suddenly gone from about $165 to $230. I texted support on this and was told that it was a different 3rd party seller now and they could not do anything about it. I was told to take the monitor only (no cables or box) to a Kohls store in town. I was sent a QR code to show them. A slight inconvenience (as opposed to pickup at the house) but it was quick and easy. They scanned the code on my phone and took it. Lesson learned on ordering from amazon now - and Ive been ordering since 1999. I ended up going to the Dell site. I found a monitor there that I liked. It was 1440 res, so a little more money, (about $300 total - with free shipping), but its nice and so far no issues. It also arrived days ahead of Dells estimate. Just a word to the wise on amazons return policy.

Monitor looks good but I can’t hook it up until I now try to find a display port cable, that was listed as included in the box. Ugh.

The monitor was a bit larger than I expected, but no issues installing it on my computer desk. The set up was super easy - plug and play - so I was up and running in no time. My computer had to register the device for some reason, so I had to reboot my system while the monitor was plugged into the laptop docking station, but once the laptop rebooted, the big screen came to life! Great color quality for everyday work use. No complaints.

I got this monitor because it was on sale and less costly than the 24. I thought that made this a bargain, but in my close space, with only about 20 to my monitor, the 27 is just too big. The picture is good, and the controls are fairly easy to use - once you find the small buttons on the bottom right. Just something to keep in mind if you have a small space.

I love the size of this monitor and the excellent picture quality. It is great for reading text in documents and web pages with no eye strain, as well as very responsive for gaming or watching streamed hockey games.
