> 24 hourSo I bought this on Amazon Prime day for a total steal ($130). I was setting up a TV so my wife could watch Hallmark movies when she was in the bathtub. This was a perfect solution, especially at the price. The monitor image is great, works fine with a Chromecast to get streaming input from her iPhone. The integrated speakers are fair but way better than having to set up external speakers. The only thing that would have made this monitor perfect would be to have a USB port that I could have used to supply power to the Chromecast device, but not that big a deal to connect it through a pigtail adapter that I needed anyways to power the monitor. Picture is great, color is great, brightness is great. Stand is very solid, and everything was very well packed.

> 24 hourI bought this for personal and work purposes. I am not a gamer. This is perfect for me. The picture is great and I dont notice any lag in refresh rate.

> 24 hourPicture quality good. speakers do not work via HDMI. Went to the sound app and tested them and was able to generate tones for balancing, but the speakers will not play music or voice audio from websites or CDs.

> 24 hourHello this monitor has worked extremely well, however after just a few months of using it the screen started to dade black and now it is completely unusable. I have used monitors for years before without something like this happening.

> 24 hourdislike monitor screen qa controls takes time to figure out doesnt shut off when i shut down pc i like sliders on all controls and qa controls dont have them monitor actually was hazy when starting use ( actually became quite good after some time) likes no pixel damages easy to assemble screen quality exellent very good monitor for the money would i buy it again no it is a good monitor for normal use but not so good for gaming and watching sporting games and online videos ( but of course im a perfectionist so to speak) maybe after a while ill get used to this monitor So take this or leave it its cheap enough to try it and if you dont like (probably will though) then you can toss it and get a 120Hz or 144Hz refresh rate monitor. they will cost you alot more this is an up date i am down grading this item because i cannot stop the flickering.... also in watching football replays the action is a little bit distorted. I think the problem with this monitor is sis the response times.... any way i dont recommend this monitor for anything other than word processing definately not for watching videos or games online havnt tried playing dvds but suspect dvd may be ok note i just tried this monitor with a dvd player and i could tell the response time is a bit off... im not gonna use this monitor i probably will give it to someone dont like returning thru amazon my sincere appraisal dont buy ... spend the extra money there are some brands that are 2ms 144hz for 50 -70 $ more

> 24 hourI didnt realize how large 27 inches was until I started using this HP 27 inch monitor. I find it is almost too large for home use and wish I had gone with the smaller 24 inch I intended to buy. I bought this monitor solely because of the speakers that are built into the back. Few monitors offer that option (at least in my price range). I felt it was difficult for one person to put the stand together while trying to keep it all from falling apart. The way the stand attaches seems way more difficult then it need be..I almost sent it back but decided to keep it but Im still not 100% sold on it.

> 24 hourBought 2 of these for my 5 year old HP computer at home. My computer doesnt have a display port. I tried HDMI to HDMI and VGA to VGA and many other variances but couldnt get them to work. My companys IT person ended up remoting into my computer to change the resolution settings on them and then presto, they worked! But IDK what I would have done without our IT person. Nice, big monitors. Super easy to attach and adjust the stands!!!
