> 3 dayI work from home sometimes and didn’t want to spend a lot on a monitor. This ended up being a great deal. Almost wish I bought two.

> 3 dayI have two of these monitors, they are great for my home office. Image quality is pretty much the best you can get for the price and perfectly good for daily use. Screen size is ideal, not too big where single window use is awkward but big enough so you dont have to strain your eyes or scroll too much. Really makes a difference in spreadsheets. The one problem I have with this monitor is adjusting the volume. I wish it had physical buttons rather than having to go through several menus. Overall, its a good monitor that I would recommend.

> 3 dayNot sure how the product works because it didnt come with a display port. Without it, the monitor is useless. Now I have to go out and buy a display port somewhere fast! So inconvenient.

> 3 dayThe screen has a good build. Its slightly heavier than other ones, but also much more durable and has a height adjustable stand. The colours sometimes have a hues, but not too much of a problem. There is a small distortion of colour at a couple of places on the corners of the screen.

> 3 daySo great I bought a second monitor. Screen quality and color are absolutely beautiful. Speakers could use some help but overall, I’m happy.

21-04-2025I love this monitor. I put it together, plugged it in, and it worked immediately on my MacBook Pro. There are several kinds of plugs. I use HDMI. The height is perfect as I keep it directly behind the laptop and use both screens. The blue screen makes it much easier on my eyes. I am a writer so any screen is rough after 12 hours.

> 3 dayAlthough cost is much less than any ordinary monitors, quality is not compromised. I cannot comment on any specific high-end demands, but for everyday usage from video/picture/color perspective, no complain at all but appreciate HPs reputation.

Greater than one weekThe monitor was fine for about three months, after that the screen started going black, and needed to be turned off, and on to get the image back. After a while, the monitor screen went black, with no signal, and no power. Contacted HP customer service, someplace in India, and spent over two hours with the representative who told me to change cables, reset the monitor, connect to a different computer, and some more basic stuff. I keep telling him that the problem was that the monitor didnt work period. The rep keep telling me that there was nothing he could do about the questioning because he had to follow protocol. After two hours of brainless suggestions, and some hard words on my part, he agreed to open a warranty claim. This was a stressful exercise in futility for no reason at all. This personal experience with HP customer service was frustrating, and one of the worse that I had experienced with other companies customer service, and I have had dealings with Comcast and AT&T which are pretty bad.
