> 3 dayThis product doesnt really work well at all. The punch will only go half way down at most. Its like it is caught on something or the spring is too tight. Im not exactly sure what the issue is, but it will not work on even very thin chipboard without having to push on it 3-4 times.

Greater than one weekThis is truly a cheap product. I have another Japanese punch that I like a lot, amd Ive used it for years. (I got it at Blick.) This one simply does not cut when pushed down, and the metal ferrule that goes around the wood handle slipped off the first time I used it. As far as I can tell, it was never truly attched to the handle. Truly substandard. And why does Amazon want me to rate its sheerness? This is a question on almost all the review forms, and it makes no sense.

> 3 dayIf you use more than few times in row and didnt grease it up then it will get stuck in the handle, unable to come back out once you finish screw punch through. so I need to order new one, will be getting different brand. Had enough of this handle issues

> 3 dayI think it is a great idea. I couldnt get it to work through 16 layers of copy paper. An Awl worked much better. Just another fancy(?) tool to store and brag that I have one of those.

> 3 dayThis was the perfect option for different sized holes that I needed for a card stock lacing activity. When it worked properly, it was great. Unfortunately, the paper holes get jammed up in the tip and you have to stop, take off the tip and stick a small screwdriver into the tip and exert a great deal of force to push out the paper hole pieces. It’s hard on the joints and wasn’t efficient for me.

> 3 dayThis is perfect for popping holes in leather/cork/vinyl without needing a hammer. I love it! On mine the metal collar closest to the wood handle doesn’t stay in place. I might just be able to remove it and it would work ok, but haven’t tried yet. It’s a great tool though.

13-04-2025A great value for the money! I use my punch nearly daily and the holes are always clean and smooth. It doesnt take a whole lot of pressure and the variety of punch sizes are fantastic
