Bought it to help with bookbinding, but this punch has trouble punching holes through even 2 sheets of printer paper? Idk. Gave up on it after a few frustrating tries.

This product doesnt really work well at all. The punch will only go half way down at most. Its like it is caught on something or the spring is too tight. Im not exactly sure what the issue is, but it will not work on even very thin chipboard without having to push on it 3-4 times.

I have not used one of these before. AND the instructions were in Chinese - ha! I figured it out tho, but when I push down, it doesnt move. I have to screw it first to get it to move, and by the time it did a few holes I had a very sore hand and wrist. I will probably return it. NOT RECOMMENDED. By the way, it is not a Japanese hole punch, it is made in China. Buyer beware.

Doesnt work well at all

This is my first screw hole punch that I have purchased. Its very sturdy, the handle is wood and the punch arm is made of metal. The tips are also very solid and sharp. So far so good, ive yet to see how long the spring inside will last. Delivery time was reasonable, about 2 weeks, it came from china. Yet for the price and quality, it was worth the wait.

When it works properly on fabric/vinyl, it is great and you can punch a bunch of holes. Most of the time, it doesnt completely punch the hole and cleaning out the tip doesnt usually help. It is like the metal parts arent fitting completely and it grinds when you punch. Makes it hard work.

This tool is easy to use; the interchangeable heads make it a plus 5!
