> 3 dayWhy did I not get one of these sooner? Great for punching rivet holes in leather, material, and even cork! Just wish it came in some kind of holder so the bits could be held in neatly. HIghly recommend

Greater than one weekItem is not made in Japan, does not hold bits in place sturdily, rips through paper worse than my awl, and was generally not worth the cost. Do your research and find a screw punch manufactured in Japan for the quality youre looking for.

Greater than one weekI use this punch for making holes in my vinyl to insert the rivets in. This tool makes it simple to punch a hole

> 3 dayThis is truly a cheap product. I have another Japanese punch that I like a lot, amd Ive used it for years. (I got it at Blick.) This one simply does not cut when pushed down, and the metal ferrule that goes around the wood handle slipped off the first time I used it. As far as I can tell, it was never truly attched to the handle. Truly substandard. And why does Amazon want me to rate its sheerness? This is a question on almost all the review forms, and it makes no sense.

> 3 dayThis little tool is a game changer! I can access difficult places to reach with a traditional rotary punch tool or a rivet press punch. Cuts through vinyl with foam no problem.

> 3 dayYou get what you pay for with this. I don’t leave reviews often, but was not happy with this product. The metal ring around the handle falls off. It doesn’t seem to be glued of fastened by anything other than friction. The punch tips don’t fit easily and don’t screw down. They also get tightly clogged after a couple punches. I’d return it but it’s not worth the effort.

> 3 dayI have not used one of these before. AND the instructions were in Chinese - ha! I figured it out tho, but when I push down, it doesnt move. I have to screw it first to get it to move, and by the time it did a few holes I had a very sore hand and wrist. I will probably return it. NOT RECOMMENDED. By the way, it is not a Japanese hole punch, it is made in China. Buyer beware.
