> 3 dayThese sound great on my screened in porch. They look huge, but if theyre up high, youll get used to it and they wont seem so big :-P. The bass is really great....especially closer to the corners where they are mounted. Out in front, they are clear and can really crank. I only use 2 channels BTW.

> 3 dayThese are exactly the speakers I wanted. I had a pair of Klipsch KHO-7s on our second story veranda for the last 10 years. While they are in a covered area, they are still exposed to the humidity and heat of Ohio in the summer, and the extreme cold temperatures of the winter. This last winter took its final toll on the old speakers so I set about researching outdoor speakers once again. I came close to buying the Definitive 6500s for the same price and from what I read, I would likely have been satisfied. However, I bought the Klipsch 10 years ago because I liked the sound so I decided to stick with Klipsch. I live in a rural area where my closest neighbor is over 1/4 mile away so cranking up the volume is no big deal. I have an old Yamaha RX-830 (bought in about 1990) that delivers 85w/channel. Well, I cranked them up and WOW! The instrumentals are crisp and clear. The bass is deep and sustained. Simply great acoustics. I can hear these things all the way to our property line, which is about 1400 feet away. Needless to say, I am very pleased with these speakers. They are huge compared to the old speakers, but they deliver--and that is what we all want. Highly recommended.

> 3 dayThese things kick butt. I have them under my covered patio away from direct sunlight so that they will last forever. Ran speaker wire from garage radio into attic, out the eaves and into the speakers

> 3 dayI am not new to Klipsch products. I still have and use two pairs of Klipsh Heresy speakers I bought in ... wait for it ... 1973!! They still sound great. With the addition of the Klipsch outdoor speakers to my Lake Dock Stereo system, I now have the best sounding system in the area. Yes, they are relatively expensive speakers. Yes, they are larger than most outdoor speakers AND Yes -- they are definately worth the money!!

> 3 dayJust installed these on the patio. Hooked them up to a new Sonos amp (love Sonos). Wow! I’m pretty picky and these sound amazing. Not even close to being broken in yet. Bright, crisp and clear with plenty of bass. I’m not even considering a sub for them. We live on 3 acres and they suit our backyard space perfectly. It’s going to be a good summer! Klipsch rocks. You can’t go wrong with these.

> 3 dayI love my speakers. Loud and clear. I do have them installed beneath our patio roof so they should stay out of most of the weather and moisture, but so far, I love em.
