So under a raised house I started with a pair of KHO-7 outdoor speakers mounted 15’ apart aiming down with a Dayton 10” outdoor sub. Powered by a New Yamaha RS-202 receiver. This set really sounded great, however during a dance party driving it hard a tweeter failed. So I wanted to upgrade to 4 speakers. So Klipsch warranted the KHO-7s and I purchased a set of the AW-650s. They are about 1/3 larger in size but they have great sound as result, pretty good mid bass nice crisp highs. I do recommend the outdoor sub to makes a great difference. I am happy with the AW-650s and KHO-7 Klipsch speakers. Note the KHO-7 can fail if they get drove on the upper end of their rating. Buy with 4 speakers it gets nicely loud and shared across 4 speakers +sub. I highly recommend all of it!

These are definitely some of the very best speakers I have ever owned. I also have a set of Klipsch surround sound speakers for my home theater. I am a customer for life. This set I have installed in my Man Cave with a Klipsch sub-woofer and the sound is awesome I do not believe I could have made a better decision for my uses.

I had some pretty-high-end ceiling speakers outdoors in 2 areas near my pool. The sign notes were OK, but the bass was very weak. After 3 years, I disconnected the in-ceiling speakers & installed Klipsch AW-650 speakers. Im totally satisfied with the results. This is the sound I wanted!

Just installed these and love the sound already. I will update my review once they break in. I placed them on 5” boards under a ceiling and there was just enough space.

These a large wall Mount outdoor speakers and they sound like it. I was searching for speakers that wouldn’t require a separate subwoofer outside, because all the outdoor rated subwoofers looked like fake rocks and were fairly expensive. These speakers solve that problem. I listened to some large Yamaha outdoor speakers before purchasing. Sounnd from Yamahas was very good but bass was lacking. Neighbors from 100+ feet away said the Klipsch sound great.

These are exactly the speakers I wanted. I had a pair of Klipsch KHO-7s on our second story veranda for the last 10 years. While they are in a covered area, they are still exposed to the humidity and heat of Ohio in the summer, and the extreme cold temperatures of the winter. This last winter took its final toll on the old speakers so I set about researching outdoor speakers once again. I came close to buying the Definitive 6500s for the same price and from what I read, I would likely have been satisfied. However, I bought the Klipsch 10 years ago because I liked the sound so I decided to stick with Klipsch. I live in a rural area where my closest neighbor is over 1/4 mile away so cranking up the volume is no big deal. I have an old Yamaha RX-830 (bought in about 1990) that delivers 85w/channel. Well, I cranked them up and WOW! The instrumentals are crisp and clear. The bass is deep and sustained. Simply great acoustics. I can hear these things all the way to our property line, which is about 1400 feet away. Needless to say, I am very pleased with these speakers. They are huge compared to the old speakers, but they deliver--and that is what we all want. Highly recommended.

The speakers sold by world wide Audio are fake and don’t work . I bought Klipsch as I own almost 15 speakers in my home from Klipsch including RF7-2 towers which sounds great in my theater . I read the reviews and needed speakers for my outdoor patio, so not looking to any other brand went straight to Klipsch. Installed under the deck on the edge facing towards my patio , 10apart and 10 high facing down and inwards. What an unpleasant surprise. Good: Large, looks finished and can be painted is a plus. I did not paint as original color is nice. But these are speakers and sound is most important aspect of there existence so really no good for there good looks. Cons: Well, I do know some about speakers and even not audiophile have a good sense of how speakers should sound on high volume. I understand these are outdoor speakers and cant be compared to RF 7-2 Towers or indoor in wall speakers comfort environment but ,The speakers are OK on low volume lets say half the volume of a Yamaha Aventage 1070 with 110 watt each channel on 2-Ch Stereo mode. I took the yamaha aventage from indoors setup which were playing awesome my indoor in wall klipsch speakers but same settings these two outdoors are just plain blow out like flat blurr at high volume. I reduced the bass to -2 and turned all effects and extra base, but same terrible $12 amazon basic speaker like sound came from these speakers. I am baffled as spent close to $600 in installation with all the premium 12 gauge wires and installation gear and charges and results is worse than $20 portable speakers quality with Bluetooth I have bough from amazon . I tried just playing one speaker at a time, same results as I thought maybe one speaker is blown the woofer but both sound flat individually and blurred at higher volumes. What am I doing wrong ? All those glowing reviews for what -now I have serious trust issues with amazon reviews ? Whats the disconnect ? So not happy, these are going back . Will look at other brands , and if somebody have success with other brands please suggest . I will add sub woofer outside and filter low frequencies to sub woofer but the speakers of this size should not be sound like crap/muffled with bass reduced . very disappointed.

These sound amazing for an outdoor speaker. Crisp and clear highs with satisfying lows. And they are very competitive on price too, sounding far better than speakers costing much more. Highly recommended.
