Klipsch AW-650 Indoor/Outdoor Speaker - White (Pair)

These deliver on the detailed rich sound Ive come to expect from Klipsch, but fail miserably at being a weather tolerant outdoor speaker. Theyre simply fantastic at colllecting water! And its a one way street. No angle will allow these things to drain, so you end up with stagnant water in there... forever? And when water gets in the sound quality goes to crap. Sounds like listening to music with earmuffs on. At this point Ive opened them up and manually sponged them dry 5 times over my first spring/summer using them. So overall, take the outdoor designation lightly. These are poorly designed at best. Water will find a way in and it wont come out.

Love the punch in the music. It’s a klipsch, nuff said !

You can never go wrong with Klipsch! I’ve used their products for years and they never disappoint.

Powerful, large and robust. Ear level, mount them side to side. Higher, up and down.

I bought the Klipsch AW-650 to pair with a Sonos Connect:Amp. My concern is that the Sonos player products are such great quality that I would be disappointed in anything else as an outdoor solution. I was wrong to be worried. The Klipsch / Sonos combination sounds GREAT. Because the Sonos player grouping mechanism allows for a flawless A/B test, I can tell you that a couple of Play:1s compared to the AW-650 are like night and day. The Klipsch fill up my entire patio with sound, and -- true to form -- the Klipsch tweeters really sparkle.

I have purchased many outdoor speakers and none compares to these. These are the absolute best.

Very disappointed from Klipsch. A woofer driver blown out from one of the speakers, which should not be the case with top brand. I contacted Klipsch for warranty and they replied that my purchase from Audio Video Sales Guy through Amazon is not authorized!!! and hence they do not support it! I requested to purchase replacement part since warranty is not valid and they replied that they dont have replacement parts for AW 650!!! Its very disappointing from a brand that was one day at the top and now they went very commercial to the extent that they do not manufacturer many of their components. Furthermore, I requested to purchase one speaker and they also declined my inquiry and advised that they can only sell in pairs. I think I will dump this brand and will never buy it again.

To the point: these speakers are amazing with crystal clear highs and lows, worth every penny!!

They are bigger than I pictured them to be, but the audio quality is very good. They are highly sensitive, so they dont take much power to play loud!
