Klipsch AW-650 Indoor/Outdoor Speaker - White (Pair)

These are very efficient so they make long cable runs doable. The sound is 1st class (and Im picky). If you want a great sound without having to run a big amp - here ya go. Ive tried Polk and others and none of them sound as good as these.

This product is awsome. I had an older pair of Klipsch on my patio but they were damagerd in a storm so I upgraded to the AW-650s. The base is very strong but not booming out of control. They sound as good as mu Klipsch towers inside the house. I thought my old ones sounded good but these blew me away. The neighbors will be envious. The $399 price was great also.

Started with a pair of KHO-7s nice. Installed the 650s in a 2000 square foot shop and they sound great. Glad I purchased them.

Purchased these speakers April of 2019. When they arrived, I was worried that they were a little on the big side. Once mounted they looked fine. I have these mounted to the soffit / overhang of my roof. I ran 14 gauge wire to the 2nd zone of a Yamaha receiver. Considering the size, they were easy to mount the C-brakets and then I was able to easily slip the speakers into the brackets and tighten. They can then be turned to the desired direction. As for volume, they can get VERY loud on a 100 watt per channel receiver - like, everyone in the neighborhood can tell what song you are playing kind of loud. Even at high volume, I didnt notice any distortion and the bass is very good. These speakers especially have very tight punchy mids and sharp highs. You might not get the very low frequencies that you hear from a dedicated sub, but these still sound fantastic.

These have a larger enclosure than you would expect for 6.5 speakers, but they sound great. I think that due to the size and the way the bass port is designed the bass response is much better than other 6.5 speakers. I used these to replace a pair of ~$100 speakers on my back patio, and the difference in sound quality was dramatic. For normal listening to music, you do not need a woofer to get great bass sound with these speakers. I have a patio that is about 1500 sq ft, and these speakers are easily able to fill it with sound. I would recommend careful consideration of speaker placement to get the best sound quality. These speakers are relatively heavy, but the included brackets make installation easy and will work for either a horizontal or vertical orientation. I was able to fit them under the eaves of my house, and they are very protected from the sun and from the elements.

Sound great, look awesome mounted under the overhang on our deck. Well see how they stand up to Michigan weather... I would expect a great product from Klipsch, I love my 7.1 Klipsch system inside the house, it rocks, The AW650s on my deck provide us with great sound, and our neighbors always ask us to Crank it up!!

I purchased 2 pairs of these speakers for my outdoor bar area and pool area. I am amazed at the sound quality especially when I turn up the volume. There is no distortion at all and the full range from low to the highs are very chrisp. I would recommend these speakers to anyone looking to share their music with people in the next county.

Great sound. In stereo they sound fantastic. Good range and plenty of power. Can hear them clearly from 40 yards away. Install is easy. Bracket mounts with two screws and the speaker easily ’snaps’ into bracket and is secured with nice ergonomic screws. Big fan of this brand.

These speakers rock! I installed these in a covered area of a pool house so that they can be turned in toward the pool house or out toward the pool. I have them hooked up to a Marantz SR5007 and it doesnt take much to deliver incredible sound to my entire backyard. I looked at a lot of outdoor speakers and Im glad I went went the Klipsch!

These speakers sound great. Hooked up to Denon receiver zone 2 and they sound great!! Very happy with them.
