> 3 dayThis product is easy to use and setup. Once setup, everything could be controlled through your phone using their app. Want to schedule stuff to make sure it turns off at specific times. Making regular stuff smart without needing to do anything but changing the plug. Great to use very satisfied.

Greater than one weekOnce you get the app installed and paired these work fantastic and are very esy to use and program. The trick seems to be getting them paired with the app. I had trouble with android but IOS worked instantly. On my android phone I had to turn the phone completely off (powered down through the menu) and restart and then the app paired with the plugs right away. On Apple IOS they worked the first time. I especially like the dual sockets which are independently programmable and controllable.

> 3 dayThese plug extenders have been very useful to me, to integrate non Alexa compatible devices, with my Amazon Alexa eco dots. Quite frankly, they have worked flawlessly for me, and I have never had an issue with them not performing through voice commands. The setup was easy and straightforward, and have given me the ability to operate older lamps, and a fan in my bedroom with ease. I think they offer tremendous value, and are a great idea for retrofitting older electronics, and furniture items that may be plugged in. All in all, through my experience, I have had no hiccups or problems, and so I would with confidence, recommend them to extend your voice controlling capabilities through Alexa.

> 3 dayI ordered this KMC Smart Plug 2-Outlet Plug because I wanted to have the flexibility of two female plugs on one outlet. I didnt quite realize how complicated it is. To begin with, both Outlets have a switch on the device to power them on or off. I really cant see any advantage to this; Id rather that they were both perpetually on so I dont have to check the power indicator and switch them on or off each time I use it. This is not a major inconvenience, I just dont see the need for it. And the device has an App you can download to your phone, so you can control the output with Alexa or Google Assistant. This allows you to set parameters according to, time, sunrise/sunset, weather or more. Personally, I cant think of a single use I would have for any of these functions. As I said, I just wanted a Dual Outlet on one plug and thats all I was really interested in. I suppose the extra functions are nice, I just wont ever use them. I do like the functionality of this device for the purpose I ordered it and I cant say it doesnt work well. I do recommend this Smart Plug for whatever the reason you want it and my rating is Four Stars.

> 3 dayDo you use KMC app or Smart Life app? Online says KMC and the instructions say Smart Life. Either way, you have to download yet another app before you can use this. Since it says it works with Alexa or Google Assistant, I thought it would be just a plug it in and talk to Alexa. Goes to show you Im not as tech savvy as I hoped I was. I would use the KMC app as that is the manufacturer of the plug. Then you have to decide which device you want the plug to use. Since all our lamps are 3-way, I cant see the plug knowing how to use 1, 2 or 3 settings. Since there are no other devices I can see that would need voice control in our home, I dont plan on using this plug. It will be a good Christmas present for my youngest son who is much more tech savvy than I.

> 3 dayOnce I was able to get through the integration process with Alexa everything works perfect. Having to take the time and set up an account using the Smart Life app was a little excessive just to link with Alexa. But once the process was complete Alexa linked the plugs just fine.

> 3 dayWe used to have individual timers for each pair of candles in the LR, DR, Garage, at the LR windows facing the side (we live on a corner), in the master BR and Guest BR. The timers are so imprecise, they were coming on and off quite staggered. With these outlets I can controls all of them and two wreaths out front from a single app on my phone. In the 1990s my Dad used to string 3-400 of 2-wire cord around his house in Richmond. He bought the cord in bulk and connected candles on all three levels of a very large house. Now I do the same but with (secured) WiFi.
