I just wanted to say THANK YOU. I travel frequently to my moms to do her taxes and property management and on cruises ships as part of retirement life. I purchased this monitor to make it easier to do paperwork. In fact, I was returning from a cruise and had my backpack hanging on a hook in the restroom stall when the person in the adjacent stall opened and closed her door causing the footing to become loose resulting in a sudden movement of my door in which the backpack containing my portable monitor fell to the floor. Although the backpack was made for computers it still resulted in cracking the screen of my monitor making it unusable on the trip :) When I returned, I contacted customer service to see if they can replace the monitor screen, but they went even further, offering to replace my entire monitor. That is what I call customer service. As a result, I ordered another monitor from them for my husband to also do his work more easily. 6 stars!

The monitor has stopped working and I would like a refund or a replacement.

I have been using this for past 3 months and I am very pleased with this monitor. I used it for work to work from my laptop remotely, used it with our church streaming equipment connected to Atem Mini Video switch to monitor all video inputs as a quick temporary setup, and as a permanent install as a 4th display at my job. I think its very versatile and easy to use. Only thing I would suggest improving is the magnet on the cover to make it hold stronger, other than that i love this thing. Wish I would have bought it sooner, but for the price point of this unknown brand, i would not hesitate to buy it instead of one of the big name brands. I hope it lasts though, but for past 3 months its been very solid and not a single glitch.

Easy to use, take with you wherever,. Works great for the price. Would recommend.

I bought the monitor in September 2020 but it stopped working last summer, in less than two years. The screen blacked out and shows no signal. I tried a few times to revive it but with no success. I think the USB connector is fine. My laptop does see the monitor when connected and offers display choices, but the monitor screen stays black no matter what I do. I like the monitor a lot but I am hesitant to buy another one. In the meantime, I have an old apple monitor which is 8 years old and still performing perfectly.

I bought this to use as a second monitor while working away from home for several weeks. For short trips, I dont mind working on only my laptop. But if Im going to be working away from my huge, widescreen monitor at home, I knew I would be more effective with a second monitor. I love that this one is portable and nearly the same price as other monitors. My favorite features: - Includes a magnetic case and stand - High quality image - Includes all of the cables you will ever need (USB-C to USB-C lightning cable for power and display, HDMI cable + power adaptor so my laptop battery doesnt need to provide power to the monitor) Critical feedback: - Built-in speakers are... nothing to write home about. The description makes it seem like theyre going to great monitor speakers, but they are tinny and quiet. My laptops built-in speakers are significantly louder. Not that big of a deal because I use this monitor for work. But you might think twice if youre planning to use this for gaming or videos and you plan to use the built-in speakers.

When using it with a computer it works great. However I recently discovered that it will not connect to our Google Pixel phones. We have used several different cords and none will connect. My sister can connect to it with her Samsung phone without an issue though. From what I have researched, the phone may be what is blocking it from working.

Ive had this screen for a couple months now and just noticed it has a high pitched squeal. I doubt it will stop me from continuing use of the screen but it is certainly noticeable and annoying to sensitive ears. The screen itself is nice and seems to have held up past the return date. I am hoping to get a lot more use out of it.

I purchased this monitor a year ago to use on the numerous Zoom calls I find myself on that have over 50 participants (most are webinars where I am a presenter or an attendee in a large group meeting). I love it! It is lightweight; a good size; and fits into my larger rolling briefcase for when I travel. A few months ago, I misplaced the Type C cable on one of my trips so I no longer could connect my laptop to the monitor given the Type C cable is the data cable. I finally got around to contacting customer service two days ago to ask how I could obtain a replacement cable. I received a response from Kathy in less than 12 hours (time difference). After several email exchanges to learn which model laptop I have to ensure it was compatible (it is) and the right cable was sent, Kathy sent me a new Type C cable that I received today - notwithstanding my purchase was a year ago. Fantastic customer service on top of a monitor I enjoy using. A good company to support.
