> 3 dayFor travelling with my job this has been incredible. It is so small and compact I hardly notice the added weight, and the added weight in my bag is well worth it. USB-C connection is super easy. This also enables me to be more mobile within my home and breakaway from my desk and enjoy my back patio from time to time. The only thing I would prefer if there was a more robust stand or hinge. This is being extremely nitpicky, 99% of the time its more than adequate and for all the freedom this has given me I cant complain. Highly recommended if you find yourself on the go a lot and you need the extra screen real estate.

> 3 dayI purchased this monitor to use as an extended monitor for my ASUS C214 Chromebook out in my barn. This monitor included all the cables (I thought!) I needed. I first connected the USB-C cable to one of the two identical USB-C ports on the laptop. Both USB-C ports on the laptop supposedly will handle the video according to ASUS. Nothing. With a lot of confusing information out there, I went ahead and purchased this Anker 7-1 USB Hub with HDMI https://amazon.com/gp/product/B07ZVKTP53/ as I would need a third USB-C to connect an ethernet adapter anyway. I powered the hub with the laptop power USB-C and then tried the HDMI mini to HDMI cable that came with the monitor. Nothing. I was ready to send all back as there was no way to determine if the hub was bad, or a bad HDMI cable, or a bad USB-C cable. I spent an inordinate amount of time googling for some answers, and found an old, locked google support page. The OP had an external monitor that suddenly stopped working. With no help from anyone, the OP stumbled upon hooking up another HDMI external monitor that somehow un-borked the setup and allowed the original monitor to work again. I tried the same thing, dragging a HUGE dell monitor out to the barn where I was using the Chromebook. Plugged the HDMI cable into the port on the Anker 7-1 hub, and it miraculously was recognized by my Chromebook. I then plugged in this monitor with the HDMI-mini adapter cable that was included to the Anker hub, and it then started working. I also tried it with the USB-C cable, it now worked. I did have some problems with my mouse pointer getting stuck on the extended monitor and not being able to get back to the laptop monitor. Not sure how I re-arranged the monitors in the Chromebook settings, but it eventually operated properly. If you buy this, expect some finagling to get it to work. The monitor looks OK, it could be brighter IMO. The menu functions dont always seem to do anything. But Im done messing with it. I hope it continues to work.

> 3 dayLovely monitor. Unfortunately I’ve only had mine for 16 days and now screen just color cycles through red, blue and green. When it was working, it was more than enough to get the job done! Oh well. UPDATED: After speaking with the company, it seemed the first one I received was experiencing a defect. The replacement one however, works as I had hoped. No issues to report and seems to be functioning well. Very quick response time when booting up/detecting the input. HDR is decent and functions well as well. Have used with both MacOS and Windows. Great addition to the setup.

> 3 dayGreat product—great size for travel and relatively good picture. Given the cost, it’s really good overall. It’s nice that it comes with multiple wire options as well for plugging into your laptop or other device. The only issues I have is that there’s no volume control or way to adjust the brightness on the screen that I can find. Additionally, the magnets on the case are pretty weak.

> 3 dayOne of the best purchases Ive made on Amazon. Heres why: My monitor had an issue with the display within the return period. Ill rarely return an item to exchange it. Normally, I get my money back. Not with this monitor. It is so worth it, not to mention my new one came like the very next day after dropping the old one off at UPS.

11-06-2025I work full time from home, and in my office I use two monitors. But when May comes, I stay at my campground and it is much harder to do my job efficiently with just a laptop. This screen is PERFECT! It’s the same size as my laptop so my eyes easily transition from one screen to the other. You need to be able to plug it in, but that’s not a big deal. The only complaint I have is that the case (which acts as a stand) doesn’t hold it upright very well. If you bump it, it falls down. But if you get it set up and put something in front or behind to help stabilize, it doesn’t do that. I usually put my water bottle behind it and that works just fine. My team of 5 decided to get one too based on how much I like mine. So they can work from their deck on nice days,

> 3 daySo I was sent a faulty monitor at first, it began blinking out after a month. I contacted KYY and they were so kind, a woman named Daisy helped me and sent me a replacement. I couldnt be happier with it so far. The monitor itself works excellently, it starts up as soon as you plug it in without any additional task, and I even compared it to an asus monitor first and am much happier with KYY. If this review is still here that means that the replacement monitor continued to work without any problems. I am satisfied with both the product and customer service.

> 3 dayI bought this as an additional screen for working from home and for traveling. I needed something easy to set up, light weight, and with a fairly decent screen size. Set up was incredibly easy, just plugged it in and adjusted my monitor settings to find the screen. I plan to travel and take this with me for working on the go, and from what I can tell so far this will be a great option for me. Screen quality is nice, and the screen size is perfect. The cover for the screen allows you to adjust how you want the screen positioned so that’s helpful too. Happy with my purchase thus far!

> 3 dayVery impressed with the build quality and stand of this portable monitor. The wife and I both work remote and use this with MacBook Pros via the USB-C cable. True plug and play, powers up instantly. Both HDMI, USB-A to C, and USB-C to C are included. Just understand that using the HDMI cable will require that you also provide the monitor with a power source (e.g. included wall adapter, USB-Cable, etc.). The refresh rate is smooth at 60Hz and 1080p at 15.6 screen looks great. This is a great buy and we own 2 of them. Strong recommend here!

> 3 dayEdit: Customer service reached out and was very nice and apologetic. They sent me a new monitor and a refund for the broken one. I haven’t gotten a chance to really use the new one yet but hopefully the old one was just a dud. Bumping up a 1 star review to a 3 Old review: I had been keeping this screen in my backpack for a week or so and when I took it out, the pixel layer under the glass had “cracked” the glass itself was fine, but it was unusable. I had to throw it out which was a huge bummer because I’m on the road for the next 2 months and won’t be able to pick up a new one. I didn’t drop it or treat it roughly either and my other screen in my backpack was perfectly fine.
