Greater than one weekMi equipo no tiene ni un año de haberlo comprado y se arruinó, la pantalla se congela y ya no se puede trabajar para nada en la computadora.

> 3 dayI bought this to replace a very comparable HP computer I bought a few months ago. HP backlit keyboards go to sleep after 10 seconds, which was ridiculous. I use my laptop exclusively at night in bed, plugged in. The fact that the HP backlit keyboard turned off every time I paused for 10 seconds was garbage. I called and HP confirmed there was no way to change that.

> 3 dayNot only does this company have multiple lawsuits pending regarding the YOGA series, but Ive also personally had multiple experiences with my laptop not working. The audio/microphone will go out with no warning, Ive taken it to BestBuy geek squad and Ive been told every time it required an update because the microphone files just disappeared. Ive put in a whole new battery, same issues. The finger reader stopped working this month, the volume button on the keyboard is acting up now too, it wont turn up when I click the button, it just stays frozen on the volume. Same with the volume down button. Certain buttons no longer work, and I am just completely done with this laptop. I have had it for two years and I am ready to sell it for far less than what I bought it for. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE EVER.

> 3 dayBought for the wife to replace an older Yoga model, she uses it for school and the battery life lasts a good amount of the week with moderate to heavy use. The touch screen and crispness of the screen are very nice compared to the older model of course.

> 3 dayAfter about a month of using this, I had some tech friends take a look at it and they told me the serial number was registered. It runs not media programs well, let alone the screen barely works touch wise. It wasn’t refurbished correctly and now I have to pay the price. Do your self a favor and find a better seller.

> 3 dayI bought this particular computer after reading the reviews from Consumer Reports. I needed a basic laptop for web browsing and Zoom meetings and one that would take up minimal space on the kitchen countertop. I have been very happy so far. I would have expected to pay more for the touch screen and fingerprint recognition. The setup went well and I have not experienced any problems. I enabled the battery mode that limits the full charge to prolong battery life. Rather than charge to the mid-60% range, it seems to limit the charge to around 56%. So far, thats not a problem as it stays connected to the charger most of the time. Immediately after set up, it didnt appear to be charging at all. Using the built-in support app, I was able to get a Lenovo technician to remote connect and check for problems. She didnt find anything and the computer did resume charging a short time later. All in all, I am very satisfied with the performance, features, and price paid for this computer.
