> 3 dayOne of the best purchases I made in the past year. A little heavier than I thought expected, but this criticism pales in comparison to all of the great features. I don’t use the touchscreen as much, but it’s nice to know that I have it.

> 3 dayWe purchased this computer for our grandson as a graduation gift to take to college. He has been working diligently to get it set up and ready to go. It is the same basic computer that his sister used for the past four years during college. She says it still works as well as the day she got it. I think this is a great computer for this purpose. It will do everything needed without a huge cost.

> 3 dayLaptop was advertised as new but arrived in a Lenovo box with a broken seal and a user account already set up. The return process took about three weeks from the time I shipped it back until the refund was issued.

> 3 dayIm very happy with this laptop so far. Its classy looking, light, has a great-quality touchscreen, light up keyboard, etc. Its awesome except for the fact that the battery life is bad and not even close to how its described in the product description. Its not terrible, but Im feeling let down. I got this computer for work and home, and my office has outlets far away from my desk so I was hoping this laptop would take me through an entire work day on one charge. Based on the battery performance so far thats not going to happen. It was at 95% at 10:00 a.m. Its a little after 1:00 pm now and battery is at 43%. Id turn the brightness down to save battery, but the other issue with this laptop is that the brightness isnt great once you get below the highest setting. Ill update this review if needed once Ive used it more.

> 3 dayThis laptop is an amazing value. It is super speedy, has a great display and very comfortable keys and track pad. I use it to VPN into my work computer and it works flawlessly. However, my one-star demotion is because the design concept for the keys is maddening! The lettering is super faint. The keys are (weakly) backlit, but when viewing the keyboard at any amount of angle, the lettering basically disappears. I am a fast touch-typist, and there is the typical orientation bump on the keyboard, but I still find myself squinting and craning my neck at the keyboard, especially when using symbols or F Keys. I tried using appliqued letters, but the feel was annoying. It is a shame that such a high-performing computer would have such a serious flaw, which seems like it would have been so easy to rectify.
