> 3 dayIm 24, my generation hardly cares about customer service, we just take things and move on but I feel this must be mentioned as it could be helpful to others. I spent a pretty penny on this less than a year ago (July 2020) - I expected it to behave for at least 2 years before I began seeing problems. 1. My USB c port stopped working, and 2. the finger print pad works less than half of the time.

> 3 dayIf I could give this product zero stars I would. Customer service told me to purchase another laptop before they would send me another laptop is not fair. I am a full time college student that does not have an extra 7-800$ sitting around and I need my laptop hence all classes are online at this time. I have yet to hear back from customer service to resolve my complaint. I even had Lenovo technician come to my home to try to fix my laptop and he said I would need a new device. The customer service has not responded. Terrible customer service. Would NOT recommend!

Greater than one weekVery happy with the purchase. Functionality is great, resolution is beautiful, love the back light, sounds fantastic. The only downside is it only has one USB port - I bought a USB splicer to add extra ports and problem solved!

> 3 dayJust few weeks of buying this laptop, it started to have charging issues. First, it will not charge when am using it and is turn. If i plug the charger while laptop is on, the screen will flash on and off constantly. So, it only charge when am not using it and is off. After that, it stop charging all together. Even if i turn it off, the charger will not charge the battery. It will turn on with charger connected but still will not charge. Just a waste

> 3 dayThis laptop is pretty solid and lightweight for the money, compares well to my Macbook Air which cost a few hundred more. It gets hot seemingly at random, though, and the fan can be pretty loud. My Macbook is far less prone to glitches, but I blame that on Windows, not the hardware.

> 3 dayIm very happy with this laptop so far. Its classy looking, light, has a great-quality touchscreen, light up keyboard, etc. Its awesome except for the fact that the battery life is bad and not even close to how its described in the product description. Its not terrible, but Im feeling let down. I got this computer for work and home, and my office has outlets far away from my desk so I was hoping this laptop would take me through an entire work day on one charge. Based on the battery performance so far thats not going to happen. It was at 95% at 10:00 a.m. Its a little after 1:00 pm now and battery is at 43%. Id turn the brightness down to save battery, but the other issue with this laptop is that the brightness isnt great once you get below the highest setting. Ill update this review if needed once Ive used it more.
