I bought this laptop for secondary use, since I have a gamer as my main laptop. I dont use it frequently and it is unfair that it gets damaged. The product has faulty hinges, I am not the only person to whom it has happened. Lenovo has to answer for using very bad materials. It is not a cheap computer, it cost me $732.54

Looking for a laptop for myself, a freshmen in college, I was so scared that I would purchase the wrong laptop. I looked and compared things for weeks on end. This was the best laptop that I could have ever bought for myself. It runs great, I find no problems in it being slow. The Touch screen works great. I love that I can fold it in have and use it as a tablet if I want. Sometimes when Im laying in bed to watch a movie I can flip the screen backwards to stand it up. The sound is also amazing on this thing! I am able to have a lot of tabs open at once for school and I have had absolutely no troubles with anything so far. The camera quality is also fantastic for those of you stuck in zoom classes. The battery also last me through at least one, if not two full days of usage. Its really nice that the charger for the computer is a US-C cable, it works perfectly with my pixel phone! If i ever need to charge anything I just switch back and forth between my computer and my phone.

I love how lightweight this machine is, and I LOVE the backlit keyboard.

Very happy with the purchase. Functionality is great, resolution is beautiful, love the back light, sounds fantastic. The only downside is it only has one USB port - I bought a USB splicer to add extra ports and problem solved!

I’ve had this laptop for a couple weeks now and I’ve really been liking it! I love that it is touchscreen and that the keyboard lights up. That’s really useful when it’s dark. It works really well, not many complaints. But there are a few. First, it came late but it’s not their fault. Second, when I got it, it was “Out-Dated” and needed an update. I think that they could have already done the update before sending the laptop. Third, the battery (for me) doesn’t last long but it’s gets me through a couple hours before it needs a charge. I also love that they have a “Fast-Charge” option. That’s really handy. Also, it’s really light compared to other laptops, so that’s a plus! I really recommend buying it!

Do not buy Lenovo laptops. The Yoga c740 I bought last July died mysteriously after a year. I am never buying another laptop computer. The Yoga cost me $900, I never went on the internet with it, only ran MS Office on it, and the power supply on the motherboard fried out of nowhere. People...I grew up with computers, and a laptop lasting only a year is UNACCEPTABLE. Consumers need to start demanding better quality computers, and the way to do it is to NOT buy ones of poor quality. I ended up smashing my Yoga with a hammer and throwing it away, but I wish I could have slapped a Lenovo executive in the face with it first. To Lenovo: if you dont improve quality, you will be out of business in a few years.

Im 24, my generation hardly cares about customer service, we just take things and move on but I feel this must be mentioned as it could be helpful to others. I spent a pretty penny on this less than a year ago (July 2020) - I expected it to behave for at least 2 years before I began seeing problems. 1. My USB c port stopped working, and 2. the finger print pad works less than half of the time.

Laptop was advertised as new but arrived in a Lenovo box with a broken seal and a user account already set up. The return process took about three weeks from the time I shipped it back until the refund was issued.

We sell computers with upgraded configurations, so the original factory box will be opened and resealed to install the upgrades to achieve the specifications as advertised. Defects & blemishes are significantly reduced by our professional inspection & testing.
