> 3 dayThe computer overheats to the point I cannot touch the upper keyboard. The computer is still under warranty - I entered a service repair ticket in June and never heard from Lenovo. Called their customer service 8/23 and was guaranteed a return call within 24 - 48 hours and have not heard back. I can understand unexpected issues with electronics but the lack of customer support is unacceptable.

Greater than one weekIm very happy with this laptop so far. Its classy looking, light, has a great-quality touchscreen, light up keyboard, etc. Its awesome except for the fact that the battery life is bad and not even close to how its described in the product description. Its not terrible, but Im feeling let down. I got this computer for work and home, and my office has outlets far away from my desk so I was hoping this laptop would take me through an entire work day on one charge. Based on the battery performance so far thats not going to happen. It was at 95% at 10:00 a.m. Its a little after 1:00 pm now and battery is at 43%. Id turn the brightness down to save battery, but the other issue with this laptop is that the brightness isnt great once you get below the highest setting. Ill update this review if needed once Ive used it more.

> 3 dayI loved the laptop, but after 3 weeks the usb-c port stopped working. Lenovo instructed me to send the laptop to them for repair. I was told that it would be evaluated and repaired and sent back to me in 5 days. I followed up with customer service via chat when the laptop had been at the repair center for 5 days - there was no update on the online tracking other than the device had been received. Customer service was not able to tell me anything I couldnt see on the online tracking and told me the repair would be another 3 days. I went through this dance two or 3 more times before giving up. It took ~ a month for me to get the laptop back at which point Id already replaced it because I needed a working laptop for my business. I received an email AFTER I got the laptop back saying that my laptop was on the way.

> 3 dayI bought this particular computer after reading the reviews from Consumer Reports. I needed a basic laptop for web browsing and Zoom meetings and one that would take up minimal space on the kitchen countertop. I have been very happy so far. I would have expected to pay more for the touch screen and fingerprint recognition. The setup went well and I have not experienced any problems. I enabled the battery mode that limits the full charge to prolong battery life. Rather than charge to the mid-60% range, it seems to limit the charge to around 56%. So far, thats not a problem as it stays connected to the charger most of the time. Immediately after set up, it didnt appear to be charging at all. Using the built-in support app, I was able to get a Lenovo technician to remote connect and check for problems. She didnt find anything and the computer did resume charging a short time later. All in all, I am very satisfied with the performance, features, and price paid for this computer.
