> 3 dayAfter about a month of using this, I had some tech friends take a look at it and they told me the serial number was registered. It runs not media programs well, let alone the screen barely works touch wise. It wasn’t refurbished correctly and now I have to pay the price. Do your self a favor and find a better seller.

However, after that first week, when I went to turn the laptop on, it would log in, and after the initial start up the screen would go black. Could not access my files or anything beyond the start up, and could not troubleshoot on Lenovo website. It was very frustrating, especially with how new the product was. Sending it back for a return.

Greater than one weekThis laptop is pretty solid and lightweight for the money, compares well to my Macbook Air which cost a few hundred more. It gets hot seemingly at random, though, and the fan can be pretty loud. My Macbook is far less prone to glitches, but I blame that on Windows, not the hardware.

My eight-year-old daughter does her school work on this device and just runs a few school apps. Nothing she’s doing should crash this machine, but it keeps happening.

The laptop is crisp and reliable, gives me all I need for office use and some play. I learned that Lenovo doesn’t allow memory expansion so I’m not sure I’d go with this brand if I were a heavy user, but it suits my needs and is fast for me.
