> 3 dayIm 24, my generation hardly cares about customer service, we just take things and move on but I feel this must be mentioned as it could be helpful to others. I spent a pretty penny on this less than a year ago (July 2020) - I expected it to behave for at least 2 years before I began seeing problems. 1. My USB c port stopped working, and 2. the finger print pad works less than half of the time.

> 3 dayBattery life is too short and keys are hard to see if you dont keep them backlit and that uses the battery even more! Very disappointed.

> 3 dayLove it! The only issue I have is that the screen freezes sometimes and takes a little bit for it to start working. Doesn’t happen often, but annoying when it does

Greater than one weekIt is thin, small as I wanted and easy to use. I love Lenovo. Also the weight is great and the charger is small.

> 3 dayVery happy with the purchase. Functionality is great, resolution is beautiful, love the back light, sounds fantastic. The only downside is it only has one USB port - I bought a USB splicer to add extra ports and problem solved!

> 3 dayThe WiFi adapter quit being recognized and all of the aftermarket programs were lost. After a restore to factory settings, they returned? Programs too? After a month, it all was gone again. Lenovo is no help on the manufacturer side. Updating drivers is no help. POS!!
