> 3 dayIve had this mouse for two years now, use it a ton to play games and draw in CAD programs, and its just now starting to not work properly. The left mouse button (the most heavily used one) is wearing out, and it reads one click as two most of the time, which is pretty frustrating when your trying to draw in a CAD program. But like I said, Ive had this mouse for two years, I use it a TON, and it hasnt been treated with the best of care (clenching it my hand, rage slammed into the desk, etc.) This mouse would probably last much longer if you dont play games with it and just use it for CAD work or general computer use. I wouldnt suggest it if you play high click games like OSU though. As for usability, I have large hands and this mouse is kind of small, so it requires a claw grip, but I prefer that so its not a problem for me. All of the buttons are very easy to use without looking at the mouse. In conclusion, the only reason it only got 4 stars is because it hasnt lasted as long as I wanted. But for only $20 I would definitely buy it again, and totally recommend this mouse for anyone that wants a decent mouse for cheap.

15-11-2024this is a good mouse with buttons in the right places if like me you mouse left handed this should work pretty well for you my only complaint is the weight it is too light so if you like a heavier mouse you may want the more expensive one that has a weight system but is not quite as ambi as this one is

> 3 dayWhen it comes to freeing up your left hand, being able to program aim required gadgets or abilities to the mouse is key. This mouse is comfortable, offering multiple easy access top buttons while being extremely lightweight and ambidextrous. This is my favorite mouse I just wish Logitech would create a quality platform with better presentation and update some of the software. I still love this mouse though. Im on my second G300s, been using them since 2018.

> 3 dayI really like the symmetrical textured design and it’s easily programmable lighting/customization with button mapping features. Perfect for everyday use and basic gaming needs without having to spend big for it.

> 3 dayFirst of all, this is the most ergonomically comfortable mouse Ive ever used. It feels like it was molded for my hand. Id say I have medium to large hands, but very slender; not meaty hands. I still think the mouse would feel good to meat-handed people, though. The second thing I like is the positioning of the extra buttons. Most gaming mice have buttons on the sides so you can press them with your thumb, but pressing buttons with your thumb doesnt have the same natural feel as pressing buttons with your other fingers, in my opinion. Also, Im new to PC gaming, so some of the different keys for Rainbow Six Siege (a first-person shooter) are very difficult for me to use, especially while trying to use other keys as well. For example, if I want to strafe to the right while cooking a grenade, Id have to press D (strafe right) and G (grenade). Well, D and G both require the left index finger to press. I solved this by binding G (grenade) to the top left extra mouse button. Melee (V) was also a difficult key for me to press if I wanted full control of movement, so I binded (bound?) that to the bottom left mouse button. Additionally, pressing 2 to switch to your secondary weapon was too much for me, so I bound that to the top right mouse button. Finally, pressing U for push-to-talk is absurd if I want to just give a quick message to a teammate while moving around, so I bound that to the bottom left mouse button. Its just super convenient, these four extra buttons on top of the mouse rather than on the side of the mouse. It also has plenty of versatility with the DPI settings. Highly recommended. Though keep in mind this is my first gaming mouse, so Im not familiar with how others feel when using them. I just know that if I ever need to replace this one, I will be replacing it with the exact same model.

> 3 dayBeen using this one now for over 2 years. Bought a 2nd for spare. Programming it was easy. Now that I think about it Ill be getting a 3rd to take with me on the road for the macro capabilities that are stored in it to travel with.

Greater than one weekI originally ordered one of these years ago to have on hand for my PS4/whatever, as it was cheap enough to not worry if it broke. However it quickly replaced my main mice solely for the phenomenal placement of the macro buttons. Software can be clunky but is otherwise set and forget. Lightweight, ergonomic, affordable, it just works!

> 3 dayThe buttons on top are very important so that my husband doesnt hit the wrong button while gaming. The mouse works great but this is his second one. The first one lasted about 18 months, I hope this one lasts longer.

Greater than one weekA pretty impressive mouse with only a few drawbacks that honestly are opinionated based on handsize or how you like your mouse to be in terms of size and button locations. Pros : + Clicks feel solid, not cheap. + The side buttons on top of the regular left and right clicks are responsive and surprisingly DONT get in the way of normal use. + Features software you download from Logitechs website that allows you to create 3 sets of DPI settings, each its own represented color (I have my main set on red, as my entire setup revolves around a Red/Black color scheme) which then allow 5 separate settings within a set, which is easily customized from the software. + In addition from the above comment, you can easily change between the settings within your current DPI scheme, or change over to a different scheme with the buttons below the mousewheel. Very useful if you need a sudden controlled DPI change, or saving a scheme for FPS use then a scheme for RTS, ect. + This can be a pro or con, but the mousewheel has a slight clicking feel to it when scrolling which is great, yet its solid rubbery coating might be a turnoff for some people. + Im a hybrid Claw/Palm holder, and this feels comfortable to use for both styles. Cons : - Its a smaller mouse. I have slightly larger hands with long fingers and this mouse felt just a tad bit too small for me at first, but ive gotten use to it. Yet this might not be much of an issue for Claw style grips. - The wire is long enough to manage a normal under-the-desk setup of a tower, yet the wiring seems thin and delicate. Id advise slight caution when handling when putting it away or moving it around. - Pro or Con depending on your taste for the feel or texture of a mousewheel, as its about the same you would get from a standard Dell mouse or something of the sort you find in a computer lab or library. This does not take away from the overall use of the mousewheel, it works great. - The DPI setting software was a little confusing at first, i recommend playing around with the settings to understand how it works.

> 3 dayI was skeptical of the buttons at first, but because I have so many troubles trying to press buttons on the SIDE of a mouse, I figured Id try this. Its a little tricky to get the hang off but after a while Ive been doing just fine. Definitely an improvement in my in game performance. The mouse itself is NOT weighted (like Im used to) which I cant say I really like, however its tolerable. Ive dropped this thing from couch to floor about six different times (it keeps sliding off my mouse pad next to me) and it still works with no issues. Theres no beating an optical mouse when it comes to gaming. The design of this mouse is odd to me but not unpleasant. Its very comfortable for my hands. The cord is extremely long however, and since Im using a laptop this was an annoyance. I rolled some of it up and tied it together with a twisty tie and problem solved. The only thing (besides weight) I would prefer with this mouse is that the software for it be included in the package. Its not. I have to find it online and download it and with my internet thats a bit of a task. For the price, it wouldnt kill them to include a disk or at least SOME instruction as to where to find the software. Unless I missed it, there was no booklet or anything on the box that tells you where it is. Been using it for a week or so now and its been great. Color options on the mouse are nice as well.
