> 24 hourThis product arrived new and unopened. The quality of the ice packs is decent and the sleeve for the packs is easy to use and comfortable when velcroed into position. My only concern is how the velcro picked the material where it holds the pack into position after one use and I wonder how long it will be functional. This is the reason for my 4-star rating instead of 5. Aside from that Im very pleased with this product...both the hot and cold packs. Note: be sure to read instructions for microving the hot pack, as the instructions specify a time limit to keep the bag from rupturing.

I had been wrapping a hard ice pack in a towel which I tucked in my shorts but it would slip. This stays put even while playing golf and it’s way more comfortable. I’m very happy with this purchase.
