It is nice to have an ice pack that stays where you put it. The strap works excellent for keeping the ice on the spot that it is needed!

This item works fine. Its flexibility allows it to be used on multiple areas of the body.

I only used the pack cold, but it worked so well Im pretty confident it works equally as well hot. The pack has enough gel that it stays cold for quite a while. By not freezing solid allows you to place it so that the entire pack makes contact (such as wrapping around hip area). The included pouch is a great help. Allows you to place it exactly where you need it and stays in place so youre constantly having to adjust it like a regular ice pack. Its also comfortable enough you dont even notice wearing it.

We should have purchased these a long time ago. Love that it comes with a wrap for easy use and two ice packs let me constantly rotate. Two thumbs up.

It was easily installed or removed by a non-licensed medical person, (Only had the use of one hand). After many uses over several months, 4 - 6 times per 24 hour period. It seems to hold up well. So far the velcro still adheres well to itself.
