> 3 dayI like that the length of the strap allows you to use it on a variety of body parts, but it’s unwieldy on smaller areas like arms. I can wrap it around multiple times and still not achieve a snug fit. 2 straps that velcroed on and off, one short and one long, would be much more functional.

> 3 dayI only used the pack cold, but it worked so well Im pretty confident it works equally as well hot. The pack has enough gel that it stays cold for quite a while. By not freezing solid allows you to place it so that the entire pack makes contact (such as wrapping around hip area). The included pouch is a great help. Allows you to place it exactly where you need it and stays in place so youre constantly having to adjust it like a regular ice pack. Its also comfortable enough you dont even notice wearing it.
