I would give it more than 5 if I could. I had to have me surgery due to a skiing accident and this has been an unbelievable relief! Havent heated it up, but it freezes pretty fast and is flexible so it can get just right. The holder is great too. Great product!

This is so much better then a regular ice pack. The Velcro pack holds it in place right on the knee

This product arrived new and unopened. The quality of the ice packs is decent and the sleeve for the packs is easy to use and comfortable when velcroed into position. My only concern is how the velcro picked the material where it holds the pack into position after one use and I wonder how long it will be functional. This is the reason for my 4-star rating instead of 5. Aside from that Im very pleased with this product...both the hot and cold packs. Note: be sure to read instructions for microving the hot pack, as the instructions specify a time limit to keep the bag from rupturing.

I purchased these Medvice ice packs for using while rehabbing a shoulder injury. I mainly use them cold. I have one to use & the other is ready in the freezer.

It does what its supposed to do!

Solid pack. Comes with 2 ice packs and the wrap. Packs freeze quick and remain bendable even when frozen cold. I bought these for my Achilles tendonitis and they were great.

These ice packs work well. I used them on both of my sore and swollen knees after an intense work out routine. It would be even better if they included a second cover when both are being used at the same time. Since there is only one cover, I had to use my own material to cover the second one.

I love that I dont have to sit around while I ice my lower back. Works great!
