Gets really cold & stays cold for a REALLY long time!

No issues with these. Velcro sticks great. Ice pack stsys innits pouch. Bought for a total knee replacement. Kind of too small for a bigger surgery like that though.

Between icing knees, necks, shoulders, and feet, this ice pack is awesome, and I love it!!

The strap , which is plenty long for going around the knee has an enclosed pocket at the end to hold the ice pack. There is velcro holding that shut and there is also velcro at the end of the elastic strap to hold it anywhere along the strap or packet pocket., very flexable. If using on my back or shoulder I could see the need for such a long strap but for my knee i does not have to be so long. The packets froze quickly and stay pretty flaxable to shape around my knee comfortably.With the two ice packs, its nice to have a fresh cool one ready to go after the first gets warm. It is all well built and very functional. There is a warranty.

I had a severe trauma to my knee and this pack has been amazing. Not only am I able to wrap it around my plus size thigh, it has more room on the band. I feel like I’d be able to secure it to multiple areas on my body despite being larger. The layering makes it easier to handle the ice without having to wrap towels underneath. Definitely a great find.

I’ve searched high and low for a soft gel pack for injuries. One that would conform gently to give relief to any area needing it. These are perfect and the wrap they come with is awesome. It holds the pack gently to the injury and doesn’t move. It also provides a bit of insulation from the cold pack. I’m going to buy another set so we have them when needed.
