These things are great and the adjustable velcro strap is large enough to fit a shoulder or neck, which is where my pain issues reside. They hold the heat and cold for a lot longer than I expected them too. Every home needs these

Just received and first time using but so far Im extremely satisfied with this product. Works great!

My husband has tendinitis in one of his elbows, and he is able to put this on himself. It is flexible enough to wrap around his arm.

Only negative was the size-they are smaller than I expected. Obviously my fault for not realizing that at the time I ordered. They work well for both heat and cold use.

We should have purchased these a long time ago. Love that it comes with a wrap for easy use and two ice packs let me constantly rotate. Two thumbs up.

It is nice to have an ice pack that stays where you put it. The strap works excellent for keeping the ice on the spot that it is needed!

It was easily installed or removed by a non-licensed medical person, (Only had the use of one hand). After many uses over several months, 4 - 6 times per 24 hour period. It seems to hold up well. So far the velcro still adheres well to itself.

I’m very pleased with these ice packs. They stay cold well beyond the recommended 20 minutes for application. I appreciate the cover and strap that come with the packs, too.

Good price. My skin had been irritated by used hospital bed the air mattress would overheat electrical surges would happen. I used these until I was able to get a better mattress. The packs had me cool and comfortable.
