Greater than one weekI need to ice my low back the these ice packs are the perfect size. The gel remains cold yet pliable and the belt keeps it perfectly in place. I had been wrapping a hard ice pack in a towel which I tucked in my shorts but it would slip. This stays put even while playing golf and it’s way more comfortable. I’m very happy with this purchase.

The Velcro strap is good to be able to hold it on and keep the ice or heat away from the skin. It heats up quickly just 40 seconds in the microwave and didn’t take very long to get cold in the freezer.
