Greater than one weekLike both packets, they are well made so I believe they will last. Have not tried heating them yet, but works great cold. They stay cold for at least an hour.

02-06-2025Shipping was quick, packaged nicely. The two gel packs and pouch are made well. Velcro strap thick and easy to adjust. Material is soft. Two gel packs froze well within an hour and molded nicely to the area. Didn’t try microwave. Would definitely recommend, great product!
