Great product! Using it as a cold pack for rib fractures and the belt that comes with it is perfect. You can even fit in both gel packs together for cold comfort even in the warmest temperatures outside. Maintains its flexibility when frozen which not all of them do.

These things are great and the adjustable velcro strap is large enough to fit a shoulder or neck, which is where my pain issues reside. They hold the heat and cold for a lot longer than I expected them too. Every home needs these

My tendons in my back and neck ruptured and icing it was so hard especially cuz moving was so hard. It stayed cold for way longer than most, and the strap thing is AWESOME! Ps if you ever wanna sneak in alchy anywhere this strap comes in handy lol

It does what its supposed to do!

I like that the length of the strap allows you to use it on a variety of body parts, but it’s unwieldy on smaller areas like arms. I can wrap it around multiple times and still not achieve a snug fit. 2 straps that velcroed on and off, one short and one long, would be much more functional.

I had a severe trauma to my knee and this pack has been amazing. Not only am I able to wrap it around my plus size thigh, it has more room on the band. I feel like I’d be able to secure it to multiple areas on my body despite being larger. The layering makes it easier to handle the ice without having to wrap towels underneath. Definitely a great find.

These are great ice packs: I recently had foot surgery & they wrap really well around my foot.
