> 3 dayIt’s great that you get two packs I keep one in the freezer and one room temperature to be used for heat. The Velcro strap is good to be able to hold it on and keep the ice or heat away from the skin. It heats up quickly just 40 seconds in the microwave and didn’t take very long to get cold in the freezer.

I weigh 140lbs and I’m 34 weeks pregnant (for reference) I love that it come with 2 packs and am able to use for hot or cold. Very convenient! Durable material. I would recommend.

> 3 dayI bought this a few years ago and still love it. I keep it in the freezer at all times and use it mostly whenever I have a headache. You can also use it as a heating pad but I prefer to just keep it in the freezer since I already have a heating pad.
