> 3 dayI found this and another pack on Amazon. Ice therapy is used routinely post operatively. I have a surgery scheduled in June. Was able to use post biopsy successfully on discomfort. I have used cold therapy on strains and what I had was substandard. Cannot wait to use it post op in June. These are thicker and better plastic, can also be used for heat therapy, are approximately the size I most often use, can be washed and look like they will last for some time. Good purchase.

Greater than one weekId actually give this set a 4.5 stars if I could. I bought this ice pack/strap combo to ice a knee injury. The pouch with the attached strap is great, with one small issue, that the velcro closing the pouch isnt very strong, so its opened on my a couple of times when I didnt make sure to seal it exactly. But the stretchy strap and the velcro on the strap are great! The ice packs themselves are OK; they last a decent amount of time, better than most of the flexible/soft types, but not as long as the best. Since you get 2 with this set, that kind of takes care of that issue.

> 3 dayGreat product! Using it as a cold pack for rib fractures and the belt that comes with it is perfect. You can even fit in both gel packs together for cold comfort even in the warmest temperatures outside. Maintains its flexibility when frozen which not all of them do.
