Shipping was quick, packaged nicely. The two gel packs and pouch are made well. Velcro strap thick and easy to adjust. Material is soft. Two gel packs froze well within an hour and molded nicely to the area. Didn’t try microwave. Would definitely recommend, great product!

Like both packets, they are well made so I believe they will last. Have not tried heating them yet, but works great cold. They stay cold for at least an hour.

My tendons in my back and neck ruptured and icing it was so hard especially cuz moving was so hard. It stayed cold for way longer than most, and the strap thing is AWESOME! Ps if you ever wanna sneak in alchy anywhere this strap comes in handy lol

My husband’s back has been aching and experiencing spasms and has had to come come from work to ice it. He loves this! He can wear to wear it to work and in his truck and walk around with it. Until we figure out what we can do about his back medically, this is a life saver. He loves it! It gives him the relief he needs.

Love how it comes with a Velcro pocket to put the ice pack into & keep in place on your body. Comes with two ice/heat packs. Freezes quickly.
