No issues with these. Velcro sticks great. Ice pack stsys innits pouch. Bought for a total knee replacement. Kind of too small for a bigger surgery like that though.

I like how these can be used for heat or cold and the having 2 availabe, I can keep one frozen and the other for when I need heat. The wrap is sturdy and should last a long time.
