It was easily installed or removed by a non-licensed medical person, (Only had the use of one hand). After many uses over several months, 4 - 6 times per 24 hour period. It seems to hold up well. So far the velcro still adheres well to itself.

I just had hip replacement surgery, I placed the Medvice ice pack against my incision bandage for pain and swelling relief.

Solid pack. Comes with 2 ice packs and the wrap. Packs freeze quick and remain bendable even when frozen cold. I bought these for my Achilles tendonitis and they were great.

I love this! I used to use ace wraps to hold them to my stomach. It’s easy to get them in and out and the material is thin so you can feel the cold! For reference I am quite thin and the band fits great! It’s as tight as I can get it but it doesn’t slip either. The packs do take some time to get cold which is mainly what I bought it for. Had a surgery on my stomach and recovery was icing so that’s why I got this. Now I use it as needed and I can get up walk around if I need to and not have to worry about the ice pack moving.

My tendons in my back and neck ruptured and icing it was so hard especially cuz moving was so hard. It stayed cold for way longer than most, and the strap thing is AWESOME! Ps if you ever wanna sneak in alchy anywhere this strap comes in handy lol

It’s great that you get two packs I keep one in the freezer and one room temperature to be used for heat. The Velcro strap is good to be able to hold it on and keep the ice or heat away from the skin. It heats up quickly just 40 seconds in the microwave and didn’t take very long to get cold in the freezer.

I love the way this product stays cold for so long and the strap makes it so easy to ice my joints and still be able to move around easily!! Love this product!!

I ordered these specifically for sciAtic pain but everyone on our family uses them for sports injuries. They don’t leak, they stay cold and are just malleable enough to contour to a hip or shoulder.
