I’ve searched high and low for a soft gel pack for injuries. One that would conform gently to give relief to any area needing it. These are perfect and the wrap they come with is awesome. It holds the pack gently to the injury and doesn’t move. It also provides a bit of insulation from the cold pack. I’m going to buy another set so we have them when needed.

Great pack for the price. Included are two packs to freeze or heat up plus a nice pouch attached to a generous stretch strap with Velcro on the end. Great value.

These are perfect for me as I needed them for my leg and back and I like that they are bendable for a perfect fit ......definitely recommended

I like how these can be used for heat or cold and the having 2 availabe, I can keep one frozen and the other for when I need heat. The wrap is sturdy and should last a long time.

Freezes quickly and can put pack inside included fabric Velcro wrap for knees or desired area. With two packs included, can switch pack when other needs refrozen.

It stays put in place and you get 2 ice packs.

I love that I dont have to sit around while I ice my lower back. Works great!
