> 24 hourThese packs are generally good, the only exception being that when they first come out of the freezer there a little bit stiff and can be difficult to wrap around your elbow. For example, to get good contact. After about four or five minutes the frozen pack is there more flexible.

I had been wrapping a hard ice pack in a towel which I tucked in my shorts but it would slip. This stays put even while playing golf and it’s way more comfortable. I’m very happy with this purchase.

> 24 hourId actually give this set a 4.5 stars if I could. I bought this ice pack/strap combo to ice a knee injury. The pouch with the attached strap is great, with one small issue, that the velcro closing the pouch isnt very strong, so its opened on my a couple of times when I didnt make sure to seal it exactly. But the stretchy strap and the velcro on the strap are great! The ice packs themselves are OK; they last a decent amount of time, better than most of the flexible/soft types, but not as long as the best. Since you get 2 with this set, that kind of takes care of that issue.
