> 24 hourWas a little nervous that people talked about how hard they were to setup. I setup directly with HomeKit with no problems. Love how I can have them show up together or separately in HomeKit. Ill never buy a single outlet smart plug again. Highly recommend.

> 24 hourWow! Simple to setup and use. The best HomeKit device I have ever purchased. Cannot praise enough. Have Wemo and Koogeek products, but they don’t hold a candle to the Meross. From now on I’m purchasing Meross for my home.

> 24 hourI read lots of review and was a mix feeling. However must of them was good reviews so I ordered mainly because Apple Home support. I am not into Alexa or any of this devices so that extra feature is not a plus for me. Anyways the fact that it had an app of its own was the key for me. It is true Apple home on device only works when connected on the same wifi not over celular data but the fact is the Meross app takes over that emissive flawlessly and enough for you to do all you need and more. The schedule time on/off M thrust S is nice. Overall is a great product let’s see how long they last :) Another thing is not so easy to setup but one important key, make sure to delete any VPN app ans turn off Celular signal leaving only the 2.4 mghz wifi connection in your device. I went nuts trying to pair and was my iPhone trying to connect to VPN. Until by exhaustion I figure out. You can imagine :) Once setup is simply great to be able to know if you forgot something on or off. I mainly have lots of servers and often I want to know if power shit down servers or internet so I setup the outlets on second internet to check power on server. Don’t do like me setup the outlier on the same router you will turn off by pressing off in your app, you will never get it back on because it will be offline :) Business environment lots going on but with a bit of figuring and mapping things the outlier did all I wanted. I am happy it worked out well. Hope this helps

> 24 hourI replaced 6 iHome smart plugs with these and theyve been great. The iHome plugs werent reliable with Home Kit, but these maintain the connection, theyre fast to set up and theyre less expensive.

> 24 hourI received two plugs. Each plug as two outlets so I can connect two different items that are close together such as lamps, etc. I like it for fish tanks because We have two small fish tanks close to each other. So when I received the plugs, one of them was defective. I was able to reach out directly to Meross and show them a short video with the plug being defective and within a or so I was able to receive a new plug and it works great. I didnt even have to return the defective one. Because of their great customer service. I want to give them 5-stars. I also love that I have Alexa and Apple Homekit so I am able to turn off the plugs with either system. And I like that I can turn on or off both fish tanks or both fish tanks. And with either Alexa or Apple Homekit, you can setup the plugs to automatically turn themselves on and off at a specific time. I love having Smart Plugs! Definitely makes life easier! And thank you Meross for fixing the defective plug so easily!

> 24 hourThis plug is my favorite on the market. It is reliable and versatile because you get two plugs in one. And yes, you can control them individually.

> 24 hourIts decent value for money and ability to have two separately controlled outlets out of one port is not bad. I was able to integrate it seamlessly w/ Apple Home Kit but could not connect it to Smart Life app in which I have all my other smart things connected. I like that app because its free and allows nice automation and scenes. Also, there are many issues so Ill be returning them. 1) I connected both units to my Apple Home app. They worked together for a while. But three times in a row now, one of them drops out. I reconnect and the same thing. I am not sure if this is a defective unit or if its some problem with their firmware that is messing up more than one unit connected. It may even be a Homekit problem. The fact is, I cant use more than one unit. So, it defeats the purpose 2) Homekit doesnt offer any automation without additional accessories. You can manually control it but again without automation and scenes, its not as useful 3) I was unable to add two of these on a 2-gang outlet. While its true that you get two independent smart outlets from a single home outlet, its only working when you install them at two different locations. They are just a tad too wide to fit two of them at one outlet. So, its not working for my use case, and will return it. Your mileage may vary.

> 24 hour...but finally got it. Had to figure out how to turn off 5g so that only 2.4g was available. After multiple tries trying to connect and failing, I had to reset my network settings in my phone, then re-enter my network password, then it finally connected to Homekit. Then I had to go back an re-enable the 5g. Took a while to get thru the weeds of all of that, but works as described once connected.

> 24 hourI have pretty much the whole Meross Smart ecosystem in my home - power strips, bulbs, switches, etc. - and this works great with my Nest mini. I have one to control the lighting on my pythons tank (UVB bulb for daylight, IR for night) and its flawless. I made a Scene in the app for toggling the lights at dawn and dusk, and I dont even have to think about them anymore. Very easy to install and set up.
