> 3 dayI bought this product containing 2 plugs and it was not easy to set up. The first plug was set up using the Meross app. Then I was able to connect the Smart Things app. This worked for a while. Then both apps were unable to connect to the plug. Interesting, I was able to turn the plug on and off but unable to program it. I contacted support and they said to use Apple Home to install the plugs. I do not recommend buying this plug.

> 3 dayNice design and quick response. However, I have to share some negative points with you. For my ones, the outlets keep dropping wireless after one month use. You have to manually turn it on or off or program it well. If it keeps dropping wireless, you have to put it in places you can reach. Or you have to reboot your router (My router is TP-Link). The return window closed and the link for manufacture support is 404 (not valid).

> 3 dayIve been using Meross smart plugs in combination with my Google Home system since December, 2018. Theyve been reliable almost 100% of the time. So far, these seem just as good. Ill include a few screenshots of the control/customizations options youll have on your phone. I like that I can control the two devices on the plug at once, or control them separately. You can name the pair, as well as name the individual devices. It seems to work just as youd want it to. And you get a physical button on the front of the plug!

> 3 dayThis purchase was my very first Smarthome purchase. I needed something that worked with Apples Siri & Homekit for automation of my lighting. Once I set these up (one controls both lamps in the living room, the other my two lamps in the entry) they have worked flawlessly. I have set my lights to come on every day at 5:30pm and, when they do, I still get a kick out of it every time. I can also control each light separately using Siri and Homekit. Shortly after I bought these, I realized that I could also do the same thing using Smartbulbs but Ive left these in place for now. Eventually, Ill move these to control anything I need to that isnt a bulb but that Id want to control the on/off periods for. I love these though. I love them especially for controlling lamps in pairs really easily and quickly. Im surprised and impressed that I have had ZERO issues. They have never once not performed or had any connection issues. Pretty impressive given that they cater to multiple platforms that typically dont play well together. Apple users dont have near enough choices, let alone good solid ones that work. I highly recommend.

> 3 dayI have two, both went non-responsive after a firmware update. Unplugged it, put it back after two minutes or so and it worked again.

> 3 dayI have switched most of my smart plugs to the dual smart plug. They were working great and now are not updating their firmware. I would consider myself a techie person. Meross has run into issues with an iOS update. I have followed all of their directions and done some of my own troubleshooting to no avail. It’s a shame because I really thought these were a great find. Unfortunately I am stuck with nonfunctioning smart plugs. I have a couple other brand of smart devices, all of which had no issue with the iOS update. Really disappointed that Meross hasn’t fixed this issue.

> 3 dayWow! Simple to setup and use. The best HomeKit device I have ever purchased. Cannot praise enough. Have Wemo and Koogeek products, but they don’t hold a candle to the Meross. From now on I’m purchasing Meross for my home.

Greater than one weekIf you know anything about home automation, you know how things work or rather how they are supposed to work. I have Apple devices and Android devices neither haven’t had any issues with this entire company’s product line. They’ve not dropped their connectivity nor have they hiccuped in any way. I use HomeKit SmartThings and Zigbee in my home predominantly without a bridge. Still zero issues. I will continue to recommend them until something changes

Greater than one weekI have had 2 of these for about 9 months - I have the companys app on my phone and the firmware is up to date. The first complaint is that once a month or so, the plugs just drop off HomeKit. Unplugging them and replugging them solves the problem, but since one of them is behind a cabinet its inconvenient to say the least. The second problem is that once or twice a night, the plugs power cycle. The lamps connected to it turn off for a second, then turn back on.

> 3 dayThis plug is my favorite on the market. It is reliable and versatile because you get two plugs in one. And yes, you can control them individually.
