Greater than one weekI received two plugs. Each plug as two outlets so I can connect two different items that are close together such as lamps, etc. I like it for fish tanks because We have two small fish tanks close to each other. So when I received the plugs, one of them was defective. I was able to reach out directly to Meross and show them a short video with the plug being defective and within a or so I was able to receive a new plug and it works great. I didnt even have to return the defective one. Because of their great customer service. I want to give them 5-stars. I also love that I have Alexa and Apple Homekit so I am able to turn off the plugs with either system. And I like that I can turn on or off both fish tanks or both fish tanks. And with either Alexa or Apple Homekit, you can setup the plugs to automatically turn themselves on and off at a specific time. I love having Smart Plugs! Definitely makes life easier! And thank you Meross for fixing the defective plug so easily!

> 3 dayAs usual, if youre using Apples HomeKit, you want Meross stuff. They work great. I got tired of having drip coffee makers die on me after six months, so I broke down and bought a percolator. The downside was that no percolators (that I knew of) had timers built in. So I got this dual outlet from Meross. I can use HomeKit to define a time to turn it on or off, but I just have it so I can say, Hey, Siri, good morning. With that, lights turn on that lead to the the office, the light above the coffee pot turns on, and the coffee starts brewing. Its like living in the future with an invisible assistant.

> 3 dayCada vez que hay interrupciones de electricidad, cuando se vuelve, el enchufe NO se re conecta al wifi. Hay que estar reiniciándolo, eso es muy molesto. Tengo de otra marca que no sucede eso.

User-friendly Smart Plugs for iOS / Android Users
For iOS users: We do recommend that you configure HomeKit products in the Meross app first. The Meross app offers the latest firmware updates so that you can use the firmware in a more stable and secure way. Once paired up with Meross app, the devices can be controlled in both Meross and Home app.
For Android users: It works with any Android smartphone or tablet with Android 4.1 or higher. Android users will have an effortless experiences when configure with Meross app. Then skill "Meross" with your smart speakers as you wish.
WiFi request: Connect your iPhone to 2.4GHz home WiFi while setting up HomeKit. If you are having a Mesh WiFi name for both your 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi and it keeps fail during setup. You may need to turn off the 5GHz on your WiFi router temporarily. Make sure that your smart device is always covered by strong WiFi signal, otherwise your smart device may not respond to Home app.
