I have many single plugs that date back before the apple home integration. Since then, the single smart plugs are more difficult to assimilate into my system, but these doubles have been THE most difficult. That said, once in, they work fine. I like Meross and these smart switches but they have gotten glitchy and these doubles are the glitchiest of them all.

I had to do several resets to get it to work with Homekit but I think it was mostly user error.

Worked pretty good for about 2 months, but would sometimes drop-out: Device Not Redponding. Then I switched to a new 2.4GHz WPA2 WiFi network, and turned off 5.0 GHz… these Meross dual plugs are now worthless. I’ve wasted lots of time moving furniture away from wall to scan QR code over and over again, doing factory resets, adding as new device… Apple Home says “Unable to add device / an unknown error occurred.” Meross app says firmware is up to date, but device still not responding.

The switches work great. Easy to integrate with HomeKit. The one downside is the loud click when you power them off

These do the trick and I’ve used them successfully with Alexa, Google Assistant, and Siri. I’ll definitely buy more of these if the need arises.

Easy setup and easy to use. Set routine with ease. But why does the right side on the icon control the left switch and vice versa? A little bit confusing. Maybe an app update can fix this for OCD people.

These work until they dont. I have about 12 of them that I use, and it has just become a normal part of my weekly routine to have a command fail with Homekit, see no response from this smart plug, have to reset from scratch, re-add the plug to all of my smart commands etc. Its infuriating. DO NOT BUY THESE.

I picked these up because of their HomeKit compatibility, since we’re a Siri household. These were a game changer in my home office! I used them for my computer docking station, lamp, and desk fan, and they work like a charm. Super easy to set up using the Home app. I created scenes for both starting and ending my workday that flips everything on and off with a command. Cracks my husband up when I enter the office and say “Hey Siri, good morning” and everything lights up, but I think that he’s secretly jealous ;)

Love these! Super simple Apple HomeKit set up and standard Alexa integration. Love that is does them both because I use them both! The dual plugs is even better too. Very happy so far.
