> 3 dayNice design and quick response. However, I have to share some negative points with you. For my ones, the outlets keep dropping wireless after one month use. You have to manually turn it on or off or program it well. If it keeps dropping wireless, you have to put it in places you can reach. Or you have to reboot your router (My router is TP-Link). The return window closed and the link for manufacture support is 404 (not valid).

> 3 dayI have had 2 of these for about 9 months - I have the companys app on my phone and the firmware is up to date. The first complaint is that once a month or so, the plugs just drop off HomeKit. Unplugging them and replugging them solves the problem, but since one of them is behind a cabinet its inconvenient to say the least. The second problem is that once or twice a night, the plugs power cycle. The lamps connected to it turn off for a second, then turn back on.

> 3 dayThese plugs work well with HomeKit, Alexa, and the Google assistant. I especially liked how they can be set up direction HomeKit and avoid downloading yet another smart home app. My complaint has been that they randomly switch on and off quickly without any intervention after a few months of use. I recently saw that one seemed to have sparked and left burn marks on the top of the plug. Warranty support through Meross has been difficult to work with. Awaiting a response now.

> 3 dayI purchased these to add a few outlets that I could control in Homekit. It works well when plugged in and setup. Adding to Homekit was painless. Control is easy... for one of the two outlets. The 2nd outlet in the package just goes into an endless reboot cycle. It is pretty much trash. So, I rated 3 stars since half of 2 pack worked very well. The other half was completely useless and broken out of the box. If you get a good one, you will probably like it. If you get a bad one, you absolutely will not.

> 3 dayIt wouldn’t connect to set up Apple home and it turns out you can only use it while on the same wifi. Not remotely from outside the network.

> 3 dayPretty easy hook up… for the most part. After that there was nothing but trouble. They continually dropped connection. AND once these were on my system, all of a sudden everything else started dropping connection. Got rid of these plugs and things went back to normal. I’ll never waste my money buying cheap stuff again.

Greater than one weekLove these! Super simple Apple HomeKit set up and standard Alexa integration. Love that is does them both because I use them both! The dual plugs is even better too. Very happy so far.

Greater than one weekGreat set of smart plugs what I like from it it’s the HomeKit in a Gratian although it is a bit tricky to add to the HomeKit app

> 3 dayCheap and they work well. I have been using them for a few weeks now and haven’t had any “No Response” issues like I did with Wemo. They are connected to an Apple AirPort Time Capsule (same as the AP Extreme) The Meross app is only needed for updating the firmware, the rest can be done with the Home.app.

> 3 dayEl producto es muy bueno, lo malo es que no pude programarle un horario en la aplicación HomeKit
