> 3 dayThis plug is my favorite on the market. It is reliable and versatile because you get two plugs in one. And yes, you can control them individually.

> 3 dayPhoto shows two of those fit into a single outlet. They don’t. The product works ok, like all other Meross products. But I am very dissatisfied with the inaccurate presentation on the photos. I bought it specifically for this reason.

> 3 dayIve pretty much moved to buying Meross and Aqara products to use with my Homekit Home. Meross light switches have been some of my favorite purchases since moving into our new house and I purchased this set of wall plugs for Christmas decorations inside. But after updating to iOS 16 the setup for Homekit has gotten frustratingly worse. Before youd simply just scan the setup code in the Home app and it would pair up and connect the device, took no longer than 2 minutes. Now its gotten more complicated. I had to get ahold of customer support to find out how to connect these. As of writing this you have to use the Meross app and set it up as a non-Homekit device and then you can add it to Homekit after youve done that. Issue is you cant just add it to the Meross app, you have to reset the device, then wait at least 15 minutes so you can connect to the device through Wi-Fi, otherwise itll try to set it up as a regular Homekit device again, which wont work, and then after that you can add it to the Meross app and then finally through the Home app. Im not sure if its Meross or Apple to blame for complicating things with the setup process but hopefully it gets fixed in the near future. Once you get it set up it works perfectly fine, havent had any issues with them losing connection and theyre pretty quick to respond when used. Overall its a great product.

> 3 dayPlease Wi-Fi plugs never worked properly. I have no idea how many emails I have back-and-forth with Merross but after a year and a half of doing what they’ve asked of me, their product doesn’t work any better. I’m in a wheelchair and handicap and this has been a huge frustration since I rely upon these. Obviously I can’t rely upon these, so I’m going to a different product.

> 3 dayAs usual, if youre using Apples HomeKit, you want Meross stuff. They work great. I got tired of having drip coffee makers die on me after six months, so I broke down and bought a percolator. The downside was that no percolators (that I knew of) had timers built in. So I got this dual outlet from Meross. I can use HomeKit to define a time to turn it on or off, but I just have it so I can say, Hey, Siri, good morning. With that, lights turn on that lead to the the office, the light above the coffee pot turns on, and the coffee starts brewing. Its like living in the future with an invisible assistant.

Greater than one weekUpdate 2: Now using 34 devices with Google Assistant. Im seeing a lot of delays in execution with the Meross devices which Im not seeing with Lutron Caseta, Shelly and SwitchBot. An example, request Google turn on a dozen smart plugs, not all turn on and it is not always the same plugs. Using business grade WiFi. I picked these up to control our grow lights for our vegetable seedlings. Setup was quick, I followed the recommendation to setup the units with the Meross app first. I also updated the firmware. I then added to HomeKit following the instructions. I set up the timer function and was using the switch in about 3-minutes. This also works well with Home Assistant using the HomeKit Controller integration.

> 3 daySpent hours trying to get these to connect to HomeKit with an unknown error occurred -- the only solution support pages offer for this is resetting the iPhone/iPad you are using for setup and resetting the device. If you want an easy install stay far away from this brand.

10-06-2025I left my original review below, but I am now returning the smart plug. One of my plugs (I purchased the two pack) keeps clicking off and on. You can hear it from across the room. Ive tried everything to fix it, but it still doesnt work. Sending them both back. Wow! This is the best Homekit smart plug Ive purchased yet. I have a couple of Wemo plugs that have been nothing but trouble. These plugs worked perfectly. Connected to the plugs wifi then connected to the house wifi. Then I simply used the Home app to scan the conveniently placed code and I was in business. Four outlets for the price of one Wemo!

> 3 dayThis purchase was my very first Smarthome purchase. I needed something that worked with Apples Siri & Homekit for automation of my lighting. Once I set these up (one controls both lamps in the living room, the other my two lamps in the entry) they have worked flawlessly. I have set my lights to come on every day at 5:30pm and, when they do, I still get a kick out of it every time. I can also control each light separately using Siri and Homekit. Shortly after I bought these, I realized that I could also do the same thing using Smartbulbs but Ive left these in place for now. Eventually, Ill move these to control anything I need to that isnt a bulb but that Id want to control the on/off periods for. I love these though. I love them especially for controlling lamps in pairs really easily and quickly. Im surprised and impressed that I have had ZERO issues. They have never once not performed or had any connection issues. Pretty impressive given that they cater to multiple platforms that typically dont play well together. Apple users dont have near enough choices, let alone good solid ones that work. I highly recommend.

> 3 dayEasy setup and easy to use. Set routine with ease. But why does the right side on the icon control the left switch and vice versa? A little bit confusing. Maybe an app update can fix this for OCD people.
