These guys make one hell of a plug. Controllable in all the ways we have come to accept as ‘standard,’ the plug works flawlessly, is of high quality, easily set up, and just works fine! DON’T buy the other guys, use these guys!

As usual, if youre using Apples HomeKit, you want Meross stuff. They work great. I got tired of having drip coffee makers die on me after six months, so I broke down and bought a percolator. The downside was that no percolators (that I knew of) had timers built in. So I got this dual outlet from Meross. I can use HomeKit to define a time to turn it on or off, but I just have it so I can say, Hey, Siri, good morning. With that, lights turn on that lead to the the office, the light above the coffee pot turns on, and the coffee starts brewing. Its like living in the future with an invisible assistant.

It wouldn’t connect to set up Apple home and it turns out you can only use it while on the same wifi. Not remotely from outside the network.

I got nowhere with these dual outlet plugs—one would not work at all—so I ended up returning them and purchasing both dual and single HBN brand instead which are working flawlessly.

Works great

These are my 3rd Meross product, two wall switches. TOTALLY RELIABLE. I see them doing automatic updates, programming is a snap on either their app or on HomeKit. Some have questioned Meross not having 5g, its not necessary and in fact it create more problems. 5g if for high speed data transfer and has a MUCH SHORTER RANGE. Not needed for a switch. Im running a Amplifi mesh and they connect with zero issues. Note, I do have WEMOs also and the amount of frustration with them cant be overstated. My only wish for the Meross wall switches is that they be made SMALLER in depth, in a multi-gang box they are very hard to get in, especially if you had an electrician that was on the ball and used slightly heavier gauge wiring.

La calidad del artículo está bien, el primero lo pude configurar sin ningún inconveniente. Sin embargo para configurar el segundo tuve muchos problemas, tanto con la aplicación nativa como con HomeKit. Tuve que restablecerlo varias veces e intentar configurarlo de nuevo, pensé que era cuestión de ese toma específicamente pero al restablecer el primero y tratar de configurar inicialmente el que daba problemas se configuró muy fácil. Al parecer se presentan inconvenientes cuando se van a configurar dos tomas de los mismos, tuve que configurar el primero, eliminar la aplicación, volver a instalarla e iniciar la configuración del segundo, solo así después de muchos intentos pude tener los dos configurados. La respuesta con Siri y con HomeKit es muy buena hasta ahora.

Was a little nervous that people talked about how hard they were to setup. I setup directly with HomeKit with no problems. Love how I can have them show up together or separately in HomeKit. Ill never buy a single outlet smart plug again. Highly recommend.

Pretty easy hook up… for the most part. After that there was nothing but trouble. They continually dropped connection. AND once these were on my system, all of a sudden everything else started dropping connection. Got rid of these plugs and things went back to normal. I’ll never waste my money buying cheap stuff again.
