> 24 hourI purchased it to work with my bedroom and family room lamps. It works great with Apple Homekit and much cheaper than other options I was considering.

> 24 hourPlease Wi-Fi plugs never worked properly. I have no idea how many emails I have back-and-forth with Merross but after a year and a half of doing what they’ve asked of me, their product doesn’t work any better. I’m in a wheelchair and handicap and this has been a huge frustration since I rely upon these. Obviously I can’t rely upon these, so I’m going to a different product.

> 24 hourThe overall two outlet design is great! Nice job on that! The setup is easy with Homekit, no issues. The issues I had were that the plugs constantly lost their connection. This is the strange part. I could look on my network and see that they were actively connected to the 2.4 network but they would not respond. A quick unplug and replug, fixes that. The fix would last a few hours to a day or so. Id look in Homekit and they showed offline, even though online in my routers app with activity. I looked in the vendors app and they the same thing, no connection. Firmware was up to date too. Too bad, good concept. Too much hassle for a device like this...will stick with a known company from now on vs. cheap knockoffs from no name brands. Save your money and look elsewhere.

> 24 hourSo, just like all products there’s good and bad. The bad, doesn’t want to set up with a dual band router unless you disable the 5gig first. Sometimes that works; other times it doesn’t. It is a bit large and as others have said, you’re not going to use two of these on the same duplex receptacle. The good, the app—save a small quirk—works great. On iPhone, so no Android experience, it can be set up as a widget. Have it integrated into Alexa and can control with voice. Don’t care for Apple Home, most of the time my devices fail to communicate with Home. If you must use Home, I’d suggest looking elsewhere; not sure who is at fault for this problem. Now for that quirk i mentioned…a NEMA 5-15R receptacle can be installed with the ground up or down. The app controls the device as if it is ground up. This means if your outlets are ground down that the app will control your physical right outlet with the left control on the app. Now the app allows you to name individual outlets on the multi-outlet devices so it’s not a major issue, but be aware.

> 24 hourBecause I had to turn on our outdoor Christmas lights by plugging in an extension cord in the garage, I chose to give these a try. Because it came with two plugs, I chose to set up the Christmas Tree lights attached to one as well. Working with Apple HomeKit I created some automated features that turned the lights on/off shortly after/before sunset/sunrsie. Easily controlled both with Siri as well - worked throughout the season without flaw.

> 24 hourEasy setup and easy to use. Set routine with ease. But why does the right side on the icon control the left switch and vice versa? A little bit confusing. Maybe an app update can fix this for OCD people.
