> 3 daySo this hotend works like a charm!! Print quality is amazing right out of the box, just re-level bed, check e steps, calibrate PID and your off. BUT..... This is my second one... so the most important step is torqueing the heater block to the heat break and nozzle! I did not do this properly on my first one which resulted in it developing a leak due to the heat break coming loose and eventually when I tried to pull it apart to fix it, I broke it because I couldnt get the plastic out to tight it correctly.. So please make sure you tighten it properly from the start, both cold and heated. Otherwise you ll cost yourself $65 unnecessarily like I did.

> 3 dayI was worried that this unit might not fit my CR10S Pro because I have installed a 3D printed Fang style print cooling fan/duct assembly. No worries, this hotend was a perfect fit and only took a few minutes to install. I reduced my retraction settings from 8 to 4 and the retraction speed from 80mm/s to 50mm/sec. The first few prints with the new Micro Swiss hotend are as good or better than any print to come off this machine. Im quite happy with this product. I just wish it were a few dollars less expensive.

> 3 dayMy hot end crapped out, so I figured “might as well upgrade”. The original price of this might seem kind of high, but it’s worth it. Super easy install with the manufacture provided video, everything is tidy in its own bag. Tools provided also, and first print ran with it was .01mm within spec at all places checked. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to replace their hot end.

> 3 dayI bought this hotend for my CR10-s Pro printer after the heater cartridge shorted out and I couldnt remove the original heater cartridge for replacement. This product is direct swap and the instructions are easy to follow. I do say when you install it, make sure you install the nozzle into the block until finger tight and then back out about 1/4 of a turn. install the metal tube until it sits flush with the nozzle. Once that is installed and your thermistor and heater cartridge is installed. You can then heat the hotend up to 230c and then carefull using a pair of pliers and a appropriate socket tighen the nozzle into place to ensure of a proper fitting. once I did that I adjusted some retraction settings in my slicer and i print about 5 degrees hotter than the stock hotend and It prints like a dream. I dont think i will have any issues printing any exotic matrials like PETG. TPU or flexibles with the new hot end. I highly recommend this hotend if you want to get more bang for your buck on your CR10s pro printer.

> 3 dayBought this for a cr10s pro. Fit up perfectly. Came with everything you need. Product seems of high quality and the silicone sock is higher quality than stock. It is slightly longer than stock so be careful when setting your z height up for the first time. Upped temps by 10 degrees for pla and its been printing fine.
